條件一般般，服務非常不好，人員素質急需提高。在大廳要一瓶水，不給就算了，態度還很生硬，直接讓我對錦江的印象差到了極點。住過幾百家店，從沒有遇到的事情，居然是在商水錦江之星。千里之堤潰於蟻穴，希望領導們別光想着掙錢，也要加強管理，提高人員素質，在賓館滿大街都是的情況下，誰還非得花錢找氣受呢！

酒店房間很乾凈，沒有異味！床墊和枕頭很舒適！就是空間稍小，重要的是很安靜。早餐比較簡單，小童不另收費。

非常差的一次體驗，強烈推薦不要住這個酒店，
首先一樓連個門廳接待都沒有，連個入口都找不到， 電梯摸到三樓才看到前台， 然後再穿過長長的黑暗走廊， 整個大樓就一個小電梯， 房間設施也是簡的一塌糊塗，桌子都是歪腿的。 房間小破爛
