Excellent service! The stir-fries were also quite good. Felt very safe, the service was very attentive, and the pick-up/drop-off was always on time! The recommended attractions were also well worth visiting. Definitely a five-star review!

The owner was great, offering excellent service, including transfers to and from the station and ski resort. Our room was very warm. We asked the owner in the afternoon about booking ski tickets and renting ski clothes, and everything for our afternoon on the slopes was perfectly arranged. The next day, the owner helped us book a private car to Snow Village. Both the driver and the vehicle were fantastic; we got lucky with a spacious 7-seater! We took our child to two scenic spots along the way, had plenty of time, and really enjoyed ourselves.

Resort owner is very friendly and helpful, sharing all information for tourist. Room is very clean, big and warm as well during winter time. Location is Ideal if you going to Ski, is about 10min away and resort owner will fetch you go and return for free. Highly recommended and definitely will go back if visit Yabuli agai

We absolutely loved this stay and the hosts, such a lovely couple, they took such good care of us. Offered shuttle to the ski resort, hot spring, they took us to a park nearby where we played in the snow, organised a trip to ice and snow gallery and dropoff to snow town. They have such great options for ski gear, i took such good photos. Food was great, room was clean and very warm, we loved everything. Really appreciated how warmly we were treated and they went to greath lenghts to make our stay beautiful. All the best to the family 🤍

Definitely worth it. The owner arrange pickup and return to train. The room is so warm and cosy. Eventhough have communication barrier, the owner giving all his best to provide everything for us and take us all to beautiful places. Owner want to show all the good places and we were very satisfied. Please book this hotel if you want to experience many things.

Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Environment: Great location, close to both the ski resort and the hot springs. Service: The owner is very warm and hospitable. The stewed chicken with mushrooms we ordered was absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

The owner super helpful in helping to arrange and booking our activities in yabuli. The hotel also clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back again to this hotel again in future.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and efficient, handling all our transfers and even planning our entire itinerary, including skiing. It was a very stress-free and enjoyable experience.

The B&B environment is fantastic, and the owners are incredibly kind. I traveled with my child by high-speed train to Yabuli West Station, and the owner personally drove a comfortable commercial van to pick us up, which my child really enjoyed. After we checked in, my daughter told me she loved the B&B; the room was spacious, and the king-sized bed was huge, easily big enough for three people. There's a large window facing the courtyard, letting the warm sunlight stream in every morning. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back for skiing. It truly feels like home. I'll recommend it to friends. I'll also upload some photos. Additionally, the B&B can help you purchase ski tickets and offers free rental of their ski suits and helmets. The owners even provide transportation to and from the ski resort, help you with your ski passes, and will come to pick us up when our skiing time is up to help return the equipment. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. My child and I came here independently without a guide, and the B&B owner was a huge help. We didn't waste any time while skiing, which everyone knows is crucial when you're paying by the hour (three hours, specifically). So, having someone guide you makes a huge difference in efficiency.

The boss was really accommodating and fetched us from the train station to the hotel. He helped us to buy the tickets, provided us ski attires, sent and fetched us back from the ski resort. He helped us to carry our bags and equipments such that we didn’t have to worry about anything, we just had fun. He provided us breakfast which was also yummy. Room was spacious, clean and well-heated which allowed us have a comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic time! Right after booking, the owner called to ask about our itinerary and offered pickup/drop-off services, mentioning they had ski suits for rent directly at the hotel so we could head straight to the slopes – so enthusiastic! We felt Yabuli's warmth even before arriving. The room was clean and quiet during our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious; the steamed buns tasted homemade and were incredibly fragrant! We were driven to the ski resort by one of the staff, no need to worry about a thing! Just focus on having fun. Highly, highly recommend!

The room was spacious, very clean, and had no strange odors. Their breakfast was also delicious; we woke up late, but the landlady still warmed up breakfast for us, which was very heartwarming. They also helped us book ski tickets, and we even changed into our ski suits right there at the hotel, which was quite convenient. Next time we visit, we definitely have to stay here again!

The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the room was clean and odor-free. This was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during my trip these past few days. The staff and owner were very enthusiastic, proactively helping with check-in and carrying my luggage. The owner even contacted me in advance to help plan my itinerary and offered free shuttle service to and from the ski resort and nearby snow activities. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

Friendly and the food there was a bit on the pricier side (after the discounted rate) but was pretty good, they can help with the ski bookings as well as the hot springs at a discounted rate.
