It was the best experience ever! The outdoor hot spring was just outside our room, creating a beautiful atmosphere and a comfortable stay. We even got to play with snow right outside our room. Their service was excellent—several staff members served us hot tea and provided dry towels. I still remember one of them, 杨秀娟; she was truly thoughtful and attentive.

Hot spring attandant Auntie Intelligence is very attentive. Taking good care of us. We can't speak Chinese.

Loved the hot spring/water park. We stayed in the cabins - they were a bit old but were kept clean mostly. Not far from skiing resort by driving. Food in restaurant wasn’t that inviting nor tasted good - not worth the price but convenient.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

Not really value for the price 160usd/night!!

The staff are enthusiastic, efficient, and attentive to detail. The water is clear and naturally soothing, leaving you feeling relaxed after a soak. The rooms are clean, tidy, well-soundproofed, and fully equipped. The price is reasonable, and the overall experience is excellent value, making it suitable for families or vacations.

The hotel was nice and spacious. It was chilly outside, but the interior was warm and inviting, creating a striking contrast and a unique atmosphere.

The hotel service was warm and attentive. Every time we passed the front desk, they greeted us with a smile, and the help information they provided was accurate and practical. The various hot springs were the biggest highlight. In the tropical rainforest setting, there were indoor hot springs with temperatures ranging from 40-42 degrees Celsius. Seeing that we were newcomers, the head waiter even gave us a complimentary pot of rock sugar chrysanthemum tea. Enjoying the tea and cooling off in the warm, smooth hot spring water was a truly wonderful experience! Special thanks to Ms. Wang from the hot spring service department for the exceptional hospitality she provided to us new guests! Not only was she prompt and attentive in serving tea, water, and changing towels, but she also proactively helped us find our companions and immediately led us to the newly filled astragalus hot spring pool and the outdoor pool to experience the refreshing and cleansing hot spring experience. She even helped us move between areas and fetch our belongings… We were truly flattered and had never experienced such excellent service before! When my friend was showering in the women's area, the masseuse, Ms. Wang, was also exceptionally helpful and hardworking. In short, thank you to the hotel; this was a perfect hot spring experience! When winter comes and it snows, at the coldest time of the year, we will come back to Yabuli Forest Hot Spring Hotel to enjoy the comfort of the hot springs and the warm service!

From a bowl of hot porridge in the morning to the warm glow of lights upon returning home late at night, every detail reflects thoughtful care and attentiveness. Here, you feel gently embraced by nature. The forest air is fresh and rich in negative ions, the nights are exceptionally quiet, and a gentle breeze lulls you to sleep. Waking up refreshed and rejuvenated, all fatigue vanishes. As a forest resort, the overall cleanliness is excellent; a thorough pest control treatment before each stay would further enhance the comfort and peace of mind. Convenient parking is another highlight. A spacious and well-organized parking lot allows guests arriving by car to arrive easily and begin their journey without worry. But what truly sets this place apart is its impeccable service. Special thanks go to Wang Guirong and Dang Min, staff members in the hot spring area. They treated every guest with the care of family, displaying a friendly and sincere attitude, and meticulous attention to detail. From the use of facilities to providing water temperature information, they always offered thoughtful reminders, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm. They are not only excellent representatives of the company but also practitioners of warm service, earning the heartfelt gratitude and high praise of their guests through their actions. This is an ideal leisure destination worth visiting again and again—a blend of nature and culture, comfort and warmth. A stay here is not just about relaxing the body but also about healing the soul.

I use Ctrip a lot, but I rarely leave reviews. However, I definitely made the right choice choosing the Forest Hot Spring Hotel this time. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and received kind farewells upon departure. Our family trip was incredibly enjoyable. We went straight to the hot springs after check-in and stayed until closing time, completely absorbed in the experience. I especially want to mention the hot spring pool staff, Wang Guirong and Wu Yurong, whose service was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. If you don't believe me, come and try it for yourself! They also provided a lot of useful information about nearby attractions and travel. The breakfast was also exceptionally plentiful. After breakfast, we went to see the pigs. I also want to thank the breakfast server for those two bamboo shoots! The pigs and pony interacted with us, and Youyou even came right up to us to eat bamboo – so cute and fun! We will definitely come back again.

The service was very good, and the environment was very nice, with real trees everywhere. The children had a lot of fun playing there, especially Dang Min, who was very enthusiastic and served very good tea.

The hotel environment is pretty good. The service staff in the hot spring area are very warm and thoughtful. The children had a lot of fun. Thanks to Ms. Wang in the hot spring area, a very enthusiastic elder sister. I will bring my children here to play next time I have a holiday!

The room was quite spacious, considered one of the larger hotels in Yabuli, and it even had hot springs. The breakfast was also decent. I think it was great value for money. Most importantly, the location was excellent. It's centrally located near the ski resort, making it convenient to get around. That was the main reason I booked the hotel.
