I had no transport so Chris and Kate went that extra mile and picked me up from the ferry. The property is immaculate with everything provided for a very comfortable stay. Close to the Old Village , beach and clifftop walks, it is in an ideal location. The hosts were welcoming and very approachable . Overall a wonderful experience.

Just perfect Cannot fault these apartments. Everything you could possibly want. They are in a quiet relaxing area, short walk to the beach front, Old town and garden with brass bands playing in the band stand. The pool area is a fantastic bonus, loved our cups of teas in a morning and a morning swim, so relaxing. Chris is so friendly and helpful. He treated us to two fresh loaves which were incredible. If your looking for an incredible holiday Luccombe apartments are the perfect place to be.

Our family recently took two apartments at Luccombe Villa Apartments, having stayed there several times before. Once again, we had a wonderful experience and a great holiday. Under new management, Chris could not have been more helpful and friendly. Although it seemed impossible, he has already made improvements such as heating the outdoor pool, which is now (on a chilly day) the warmest place on the island! The apartments are extremely well appointed, very modern and comfortable and include little touches to help you settle in, such as tea, coffee and milk sachets etc. The location is perfect for Shanklin village and the Chine and the grounds are just beautiful. Customers keep returning, which says it all.

Arrived early, but our room was ready so Chris the host, welcomed us in. Fabulous apt, really comfy bed and perfect for self-catering. Very near Shanklin old village with its pubs and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyable short trip and a free lift to the station when departing from Chris topped off a great weekend.

Loved this place. Stayed for 9 days with two kids 13 and 6. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything you need. The pool was fantastic. We used it every day, whether the temperature was 16 or 24. The hosts were very friendly.

This was our second visit to “The Warren” and we loved it even more this time as the villas are now under new management!Chris and Kate could not have been more welcoming!!Absolutely the best customer service and nothing was too much trouble!We have booked again for next year’s Isle if Wight Festival! Our 2nd trip to Luccombe villas was as expected - a lovely apartment minutes from the Shanklin beach. We have booked a family apartment twice now for the Isle of Wight Festival and it is a highly recommended alternative to camping. A short drive from the site and such a well equipped and comfortable apartment with a swimming pool! Can't recommend highly enough
