Vienna International Hotel (Gongga Airport, Lhasa)

The room is clean and comfortable. The front desk lady is friendly. The handsome guy who sent me to the airport at 5:30 in the morning was on time. It was a very good stay experience.

There is nothing wrong with the room itself. The sofa was covered with pollutants and I didn't want to sit on it. The most annoying thing was the phone. The phone in the room and the corridor could not be reached by calling the front desk. I had to go to the front desk to find the waiter. I told the waiter that the phone was not working, but no one answered!!! The breakfast is really not worth the price

I arrived last night and specially picked a better hotel, but it was so disappointing. This hotel is really bad, the quilt cover is tattered and dirty, it is so uncomfortable for people to live here, it is near the airport and the price is expensive, why the service is not up to par!

I didn't pay attention on the day of check-in. When I woke up in the morning and wanted to make a cup of coffee, I found that the spoon in the cup was sticky and had not been washed. Breakfast ended at 9 o'clock. When I went there at 8 o'clock, most of the dishes were gone and not added. The most basic noodles were not available, and most of the dishes were cold.

It was tiring to fly with two kids and a lot of luggage, but this hotel made me less tired. From calling the airport to going to the room, the whole process took more than ten minutes. The service efficiency was very high, and the driver helped me with the luggage. I originally booked a regular twin bed, but the front desk saw that it was inconvenient for me to bring two kids, and helped upgrade it to a family room with oxygen for free. The room has a big bed and a small bed, which is more than enough for two kids to sleep in the big bed. They also gave us two pairs of children's slippers. The toilet is smart, and it is very convenient for children to go to the toilet. Give the hotel a thumbs up [strong][strong][strong]

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is just over 200 yuan. The room is well decorated. You can directly see the airport. There is also a free airport shuttle, which only takes two or three minutes! The bathroom has a super large dressing mirror [color][color][color], and the toilet is also smart.
