Fantastic stay ! Big room, big comfortable beds, aircon works very well. Convenient to get didi. Many good restaurants and cafes around , even have a MacDonald’s on the ground floor. The host is superb. No lobby but easy check in and check out. The host answers our request fast. Laundry service is provided for free too. Highly recommended

The apartment can be a but hard to locate. It took us a while to find the location. Communication was done mainly through trip.com and weixin app with the owner. Requests were attended to promptly. The apartment was spacious enough for 5 of us, and all beds were very clean and comfy.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

My recent stay at 譽house高空海景Loft公寓 was largely positive, and I would like to share my insights regarding the experience. The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy. A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers. Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous. In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

All fantastic. Small improvement idea maybe is to install whatsapp or normal messaging platform for foreigner who doesnt use wechat :).  The host is very helpful and quick, bravo

Very clean, we enjoy staying there for 2 nights. Good restaurants and a good ramen shop.  It said the location is at High Speed Rail station, but it’s 10-15 minutes by Taxi, so you know.  The breakfast was decent, very well presented in a bamboo steamer.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was perfect and the place is clean. The service is good!! The staff helped us to clean the clothes and we really appreciate this!! The only bad thing is the size of the toilet, it would be great if the toilet can be slightly bigger. And hopefully they could place a bathroom mat in the bathroom, this would be safer to the elderly customers or kids. Truly worthy accommodation and great experience!! Thanks!!!

Good overall and views on 25th floor. Generally helpful except the information provided prior for checking in was not timely. This caused problems for overseas visitors due to language barriers and telephone calls. I stayed for 7 nights. The provision of the same breakfast every morning is unimaginative.

The hotel is in a good location, many stores, restaurants and cafes downstairs. The apartment is nice and spacious and has amazing views of the city. Would definitely stay again!
