I chose this hotel in Chaoshan because of its good reviews and its proximity to many restaurants and tourist attractions. I arrived a day early and couldn't get a room here, so I booked another hotel for one night, and the experience was completely different. This place is so welcoming! I booked three rooms here. Although it wasn't check-in time yet, my child got sick. After I explained the situation, the owner quickly had a room prepared for my child to rest in. When we arrived, a young man at the entrance patiently told us where to find pharmacies and local eateries. Later, a kind woman enthusiastically brought us several bottles of water right away, and even showed us the front desk number on the back of the door, so we wouldn't have to go all the way to the front desk. Unlike the previous hotel, where they charged 4 yuan for two bottles of water – it's not about the money, but it just made us feel so comfortable. Thank you to the owner!

Facilities: False advertising. They advertised free parking and parking spaces, but in reality, you just park on the street in front of the hotel. The next morning, I was caught by the traffic police and fined. If there were no parking spaces, they should have just told us honestly and directed us to pay parking nearby. Insisting on free parking is ridiculous. Environment: Shares a front desk with other hotels. Sometimes the front desk is unattended, and the environment is chaotic. Service: Basically nonexistent. Avoid!

The room was okay. Parking wasn't convenient; there were only a few spaces in front of the door, and the front desk didn't offer to reserve a spot or show you how to park. The room's soundproofing was terrible; you could clearly hear people talking in other rooms or in the hallway. When it rained at night, the noise from the tin shed outside was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. I don't know how they got this rating; it's awful!!

A small hotel in the city center. Whenever I travel, I always find a hotel a day in advance. I’m a bit of a germaphobe, but I’ve been looking for it for a long time in Shantou. All of them are old. This small hotel has new facilities. , the boss is very nice, parking is convenient, the appearance of the hotel is not very good, the inside of the room is okay, maybe there is no professional cleaning lady, the bathroom floor tiles are a bit dirty, everything else is very good, the price is super cheap, recommended to people who don’t nitpick

The hotel's location, room decoration and hygiene are good, and it's cost-effective. The front desk is friendly and responds quickly. I highly recommend it.
