This isn't really a hotel, more like a guesthouse.
I checked in around 3 PM, and the room seemed to have just been cleaned, as it was quite damp.
I wanted to rest, but there was constant renovation noise from next door.
If you're driving, parking is an absolute nightmare. I had to park two streets away and drove around twice just to find a spot. You're completely on your own to find parking, then you have to drag your luggage all the way back. Plus, they don't provide parking tickets. Drivers should definitely choose a proper hotel instead, at least parking won't be such a hassle.
They don't offer breakfast either. Although there's a food street right outside, the breakfast places there open quite late.
I didn't really experience any service. Luckily, it was quiet enough to sleep at night. Overall, it was just so-so.
