The customer service was exceptionally thoughtful, a big thank you to Lin Na for being so accommodating. She was basically able to fulfill every request, whether it was drinks, snacks, or arranging the shuttle service. We were even allowed a late check-out, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. For the same price point, this hotel offers a pool and a gym, so choosing the Imperial Hotel was an easy decision. If I ever have the chance to visit Shantou again, I would definitely pick the five-star Imperial Hotel without hesitation.

The room was clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The front desk service and sports facilities were all excellent. I'll definitely choose Emperor Hotel again next time.

We booked the Little Yellow Duck themed room this time, and my child absolutely loved it! They even got a complimentary Little Yellow Duck themed bag and a special toiletry kit just for kids, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and well-maintained, though the facilities were a bit old. Considering how many years it's been in business, it's impressive how well they've kept it up 😁. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the service attitude was just so-so, but the surrounding area was quite nice.

The hotel can't handle it! A long road ahead. As someone who frequently stays at high-end hotels, this was by far my most unique experience. The parking situation left me speechless; thankfully, I didn't drive a larger vehicle. The breakfast buffet was unappetizing... I ended up going to a cafe outside to get enough to eat... The front desk service was standard. Finally, here's a sunset photo I recently took in Puning Liusha to calm my nerves.

The hotel's location is superb, nestled right in the heart of the bustling city. Downstairs, you'll find a lively commercial area, and parking is a breeze, making it incredibly convenient whether you're driving or taking a taxi. The dining options nearby are simply excellent; just a few minutes' walk downstairs, and you can dive into 'eating and shopping' mode. Even late at night, finding a midnight snack to satisfy your cravings is absolutely no problem. The hotel's facilities are also top-notch, especially the outdoor pool. The water is crystal clear, and it gets really lively in the evening. Watching everyone laugh and play in the water creates such a fantastic atmosphere. The staff's meticulous and thoughtful service truly tops off the entire experience.

Initially, I booked the Atour next door, but I only noticed this hotel in the evening when I went to buy Starbucks. From afar, it looked grand, a classic five-star. I was a bit worried it might be old-fashioned, so I asked the front desk to see a room. After seeing it, I canceled my Atour reservation and moved in here. Being an old-school five-star, the rooms aren't small. Plus, it's been recently renovated, so many of the facilities are new, and it has all the modern amenities like robots. And the weekend price was fantastic! The Atour next door was 800+ a night, but this place was less than 400. The environment is also very quiet; you can barely hear any street noise at night. The mattress isn't saggy, and the service is excellent. I even added the front desk on WeChat, which makes it easy to get water delivered or anything else. There's also a good tea restaurant on the third floor, which is very convenient. Highly recommend!

I booked the Imperial Hotel last minute, and as soon as I arrived, I was told my room had been upgraded for free! It was huge and spacious, with brand new facilities and luxurious decor. They even have a free swimming pool for guests – truly befitting an established five-star hotel. The location is also great, close to Zhujiang Road Food Street, which I actually think has better food than Longquan South Road Food Street. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable, especially our butler. She was incredibly thoughtful and patient, contacting us even before we arrived. Once we were there, she surprised us with local Shantou specialties and toys for the kids. Before we left, she proactively arranged our ride to the high-speed train station. The hotel driver was super fast, getting us from the hotel to the station in just five minutes. Our whole trip was made so much better by staying at the Imperial Hotel; I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Shantou!

The room arranged by the customer service was very satisfying, clean and tidy. The air conditioning was turned on in advance, which was a thoughtful touch. I have to give a big thumbs up to the customer service! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 The breakfast offered a great variety, and the dining environment was excellent. This hotel is a solid choice for family travel, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is quite old, but the location is excellent and the service is great. I didn't try the breakfast, but I had dim sum at the hotel, which was delicious. The hotel's attached salon for facial treatments and haircuts was also very good. The attached photo shows the view from my room window; the room's facilities were so outdated that I didn't feel like taking pictures of them. The power outlets in the room were incompatible, so I had to ask the front desk for an adapter.

This hotel is super close to the courthouse, and I stay here every time I visit Shantou. Overall, my check-in experience was very pleasant. The room was spacious, and there were no strange odors when I walked in. The cleaning was meticulous, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night's sleep. The bedding was soft, and I slept wonderfully. The hotel staff were polite and professional, and they responded promptly to any requests. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and transportation, with complete amenities. It's suitable for both short stays and longer visits, and overall, it's great value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Staying at the Grand Emperor Hotel again was a fantastic experience. The hotel generally has a grand and comfortable ambiance, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bedding is cozy, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient, always quick to help resolve any issues. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations; it's a very reliable choice that I would recommend to friends.

Clean, professional staff, and great service.

The location is pretty good, close to the high-speed rail station, which is convenient. There's a beef hotpot restaurant nearby, which is also handy. The hotel environment is a bit old-fashioned, and the service is just average, with room for improvement.

Overall, it was a good experience. They have a gym and a pool. My only minor gripe is that the weighing scale in the gym was really old and didn't even work. There's no point keeping it if it's just going to bring down the quality of the facilities.
