Just didn't know why a very small room was assigned to us with a tiny little window only with not enough space for baggage of two. Perhaps we were tested for such unfair arrangement for we were not locals. Fortunately, a better one was arranged after appealing to the staff. Breakfast was not too bad but definitely not a good one. The only good thing was the pick up service from train station. It would be much better if shuttle to train station could also be provided.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed railway station and provides pick-up service. It is convenient because you don't have to queue up to practice driving. The hotel is at the end of the downtown area. There are a lot of food downstairs and stalls at night. I come here just to eat. The beef restaurant next to it is good. I am generally satisfied with this hotel. It would be better if they could have rice rolls for breakfast.

The front desk service was pretty good, but the room was hard to describe. When I entered the room, the carpet was dirty and there were a lot of hairs on the carpet. Then when I went to the shower room, there was such a big cigarette butt thrown there, it was disgusting. I called the front desk and a cleaner came and picked up the cigarette butt and that was it. We arrived at the hotel too late and had to go somewhere else early in the morning. We stayed there for one night. I will never choose Vienna again. The hygiene is too bad!
