這裏屬於度假區，基本上都是這樣的公寓式的酒店，現在屬於淡季房價非常便宜，但是周邊吃飯的價格就不這樣美好了，位置離海邊金町灣很近，房間面積大，有陽台還是很舒服，衹是不是第一海景房，入住體驗感還是很不錯的。

在汕尾保利金町灣這裡有很多這種公寓式酒店的選擇，小區底商的鋪面就有幾十家，網上附近的訊息也是比比皆是。隨便找了一家價格最優的，還不錯。
小區停車收費，但是小區外路邊也有，記得停在車位裏，據説有貼的。
房間可以，設施齊全，陽台門關閉有點費勁，要麼打不開，要麼關不上，還有就是退房時按金回款有點慢，要等到晚上18：00統一退費，這操作U頭回聽説。

剛從這家酒店回來，感覺棒極了！榻榻米床超級舒服，房間大還有個小廳完全不壓抑，還有那落地窗，海景美得跟畫一樣。前台小姐姐服務超好，有求必應。周邊吃的也多，各種本地小吃，吃貨的天堂。最棒的是，走幾步就到海邊，吹吹海風，曬曬太陽，完美！下次還來！

衞生差，懷疑很久沒搞過，地上到處是頭髮，床頭板灰塵一堆，衞生間也是長黴灰塵多。唯一的好處是陽台景觀還行，離海邊不算遠。

本來就是訂的臨時加價的房間，想着環境服務能好點吧。本來説好3點能入住，去到等了半小時，然後安排我們去第一個房間，結果這個房間根本還沒搞衞生！！接着又給我們安排了另一個房間，那個房間是正在搞衞生的，我們站在門口又足足等了半個小時，直到四點多才真正進到房間裏放下行李😅。後面退房的時候要求前台退還按金 前台説無法立刻退還 還需等到下午六點微信轉我 結果等到十點多我問她才説忘記了給我退還😓😓😓

前台和住的地方離得很遠 ，這些不是重點 重點是沒熱水 ，維修人員第一次上來説是電熱水器的開關沒開，讓我等水煲一下 ，我等了40分鐘還是沒有熱水 聯繫客服 再讓維修人員再一次上來 ，再檢查後説是熱水的總開關沒開．我們白白浪費了好幾個小時等熱水。我就想請問商家：房間定出去後不是要檢查好所有設備後才讓顧客辦理入住的嗎？
