There was a strong musty smell when I entered the room. It was a torture to sleep all night.
There was a thick layer of dust on the head of the bed, and the dust even fell onto the pillow. I told the cleaning staff but they didn't change it. They just brushed off the dust and left. I was speechless!
The landline is also broken, and it's not a smart room...
In the middle of the night, guests checked into the room next door, and I could hear their conversations in the corridor and the sound of the shower in the next room clearly! There's no privacy at all.
