前台服務熱情高效，入住時主動升級了房型，還詳細介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點，體驗超預期！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，隔音效果很好，一夜安眠。窗外視野開闊，晨景特別美！酒店位於高鐵站附近，坐車衹需要5分鐘到酒店，附近有超市和餐廳，出行非常方便。

公寓，有地下停車場（看到美宜佳右轉），雙人房比較小，雖然窗户能看到海景，但是有一半被一棟爛尾樓遮住了。衞生一般，枕頭都發黃，不過外賣能夠直接送到房間門口。開車去二馬路大概在15-20分鐘車程

我是第一次來汕尾，在綜合了城區和金町灣周圍相同價位的酒店後選擇了鉑頓，從預訂前的諮詢到接站服務、辦理入住、在住期間和退房、寄存行李等一系列環節，酒店的前台小麥小哥都提供了一流的服務，特別表揚小麥小哥的服務👍👍。
房間的設施非常棒，無論是衞生、床品的舒適度還是電視投屏都特別方便，wifi即開即連，酒店工作手機24小時在線回覆問題，不僅主動詢問是否需要贈送糖水，在晚上回到房間後，更是發現還贈送了蘋果牛奶和一些甜點餅乾。
房間的景觀也特別好，周遭很安靜，早上起的早還可以去下面逛逛海濱公園。早餐也很好吃，白粥煮的很有水準，負責早餐的阿姨和阿叔都特別和藹。
第一次來汕尾就住到這樣設施有水準服務有温度的酒店，下次來還會選擇鉑頓，有家人朋友詢問更是會大力推薦🤩🤩
