之前我朋友結婚在這家酒店舉辦的婚宴，但是我還沒有入住過呢，這次是回來辦事了，果斷還是選擇這家酒店，從酒店的設施、服務、環境，在山陰縣都是最好的了，衞生非常乾淨，還可以免費沐浴、汗蒸，尤其是晚飯過後去汗蒸一下，順便看個電影，真心感覺不錯！早餐是我目前出差吃過最好酒店的早餐了！品種很齊全。愉快的入住體驗，非常值得推薦！！！

我辦理入住的時候，我帶的小孩，隨身攜帶有些小孩的玩具，東西相對較多，辦理入住的時候，我不小心把水壺碰倒了，衣服都濕了，最近天氣也冷，酒店工作人員隨後上房間親自過去取衣服給洗了，而且洗的很乾凈。對你們的服務我非常感謝！而且早餐也非常好！還有免費的洗浴和汗蒸！地下停車場也很方便，性價比超級高！

嘉和大酒店應該是山陰縣最好的酒店了吧！我每次出差都是入住的品牌酒店，這次來了山陰我也是看評價才來的，確實是不錯的！房間很乾凈，尤其是酒店床品很乾凈，從酒店的設施到服務、衞生，真的超出了我的想象！還有免費的洗浴，晚上吃完飯去體驗了一下，真的很舒服！還有私人影院！效果非常棒！一個電影看到了很遲！因為晚上洗浴的體驗導致我早上起的遲了，沒有來得及用早餐！對你們的服務和管理我給你們點贊！

酒店的服務人員態度熱情周到，服務貼心，住得超愜意，早上用餐時，我走的匆忙忘記帶了房卡，到了用餐區域，我才想起憑房卡用餐，我當時想的還的等電梯上樓取房卡，我吃飯的時候正是酒店高峯期，這個酒店住宿人特別多，我實在不想等電梯上樓取了，我還沒有提出來能不能憑房間號吃早餐，酒店工作人員就直接告訴我先進去用餐，衹登記了房間號，對於這種靈活性的服務讓我讚歎不已！早餐品種豐富, 味道美妙, 絕對滿足我的味蕾！
