The room is super big, booked on Ctrip, check-in is very convenient, the front desk service is very good, there is a young lady who is very beautiful and temperament, and I have to change the room type temporarily to help me think of n ways and I am very patient. 房間溢價就算了，沒景也沒關係，臨退房下去酒樓吃東西上來發現服務員剛從我房間出來，問原因聲音還比我大，跟酒店反饋這個行為，酒店還完全沒感到有問題，在未聯繫我的情況下進入房間。這樣的行為在酒店業居然可以發生以後酒店還認為沒什麼事，溝通過程沒有一句道歉。
