地理位置十分優越，就在風采樓牌坊旁邊，出門右轉100米就是步行街，左轉50米就是百年東街，有免費停車場，酒店服務枱在維也納酒店9樓，服務員態度很好，乾淨衞生，床鋪枕頭沒有味道，有一次性日常用品

酒店在鬧市，挨着風采樓，樓下很多農貿市場，隨處可見的小攤位很有煙火氣。吃到一家超級好吃的南雄本地菜。在韶關呆了三天，這家酒店是唯一讓我能睡着覺的，床很軟。缺點就是淋浴間的玻璃門有點透 希望能改進一下。

酒店樓下很熱鬧，就是風采樓景點沒什麼逛的，但步行街的橫巷內還是買到心儀的乾貨，老公説前廳的咖啡比維也納酒店的自助早餐咖啡好喝，我問了前廳老闆是不是同一個，吃的早餐是維也納酒店出品，床墊也是維也納的出品，裝修格局也是。
衞生：乾淨
環境：風采樓後，整個景區最值得逛就是在停車場的學宮

100寸投影房有騰訊ViP，想看什麼就看什麼，贊
訂的含雙早雙床房，帶兩小孩，管家送了兩張早歺卷，NiCE。
免費停車場和維也納酒店共用，要早點去停車，晚了沒有停車位。
早餐也是和維也納酒店的共用。
酒店就在風采樓旁邊，周邊吃喝玩樂都方便。

設施：基礎齊全，
衞生：房間，被褥整潔無異味
環境：挻舒適的，特別是出門百來米就是繁華地段，出門在外需用的吃的玩的還有（三江六岸夜景）都在附近，在門口刷2輛小黃車將整個三江六岸遛一圈爽歪歪。
服務：總枱小姐姐人好態度好服務周到，早餐也不錯😁
精美小食自助咖啡:茶水咖啡味道很好。
