The hygiene is okay, but the bathroom floor is a bit sticky. There is no air conditioning in the other room, but only wind. It was too hot at night and I couldn't help but call the front desk to ask. The waiter said it was central air conditioning and asked the engineering department to turn it on, and then the room had air conditioning. It's too bad that a 4-star hotel has no air conditioning, but everything else is okay.

The room was large and comfortable. We were just passing by and went up to the room just to have a good sleep. The hotel room was very quiet and we fell asleep quickly. It felt very good to stay there.

The front desk clerk was very busy and had a lot of things to do around 1 a.m. I talked to her in person for a long time when I entered the hotel, but she was so busy that she didn't listen to a word I said. Then she came back to ask you the same question again.

Not very good. When I entered the room, I saw cigarette butts on the floor, which were not cleaned up. The window could not be closed, and the handle was loose. I finally changed the room, and the attitude of the front desk was quite arrogant. The duty manager does not exist, you can find anyone you want.

The hotel is old, but the hygiene is good. I stay here every time I come to Shaoguan. This time I booked the most expensive one, which is a bit high at more than 400-500 yuan. It may be because it is during the Chinese New Year.

A local came back for Chinese New Year and stayed for one night. The experience was good. The room was spacious and the hygiene was OK. I will consider staying here again if I need it again.
