（重要的事情在前面提醒，別被他們所謂的免費停車場騙了，真的是騙人的，就衹有3個，想要住店要停附近的收費停車場，加上停車場的錢，都可以住更好的酒店）
真的很差！本來定了兩晚的，電梯老化，衞生差，空調壞，房間有味道，牀頭櫃有不知道是啥噁心的污垢這我就不説了，但是隔音差是真的忍不了！一整晚都沒睡，就好像躺在馬路邊上一樣，熬到6點多就直接收拾退房走人直接換下一個城市玩了。而且年都過了，房間還要200多一晚，平時80估計都沒啥人去玩，同樣的諾庭，我以前住其他同一片區域的環境衞生都很不錯，這次我從老家過來故地重遊，開了7個小時的車來到韶關，就住了這麼爛的酒店，真的是氣死了
設施：電梯老化，半天打不開門那種，房間空調也是壞的，遙控不靈敏，關都關不掉，而且很臟，開空調後呼吸不暢一直咳嗽……
衞生：其他就不説了，你能想象牀頭櫃那裡有像鼻shi的東西嗎……
環境：大馬路上，隔音很差，明明入住的時候，我就説要隔音好高樓層的房間，前台故意安排在低樓層大馬路上，説沒房，明明在我後面進來的人都可以住7樓8樓
服務：前台態度不好

避雷!房間廁所沒有門也沒有浴簾，酒店前台説用紙巾堵住貓眼（因為門是正對着浴室），後面溝通説換房，換的房間一打開門一股潮濕的黴味撲來，最後沒換成，房間外面是鐵皮，一晚上下雨很吵，五一期間酒店漲價很正常，但是麻煩服務跟設施得跟上

住韶關兩天，為了遊丹霞山，可惜天氣不好，雲裏霧裡地看了一下，沒有玩好。不過酒店硬件設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮乾濕分離洗涑用品還行，到東街近，但是東街除了吃還是吃，沒有多少內容了。韶關鄰水夜色漂亮

房間吵死了，被單還是陰濕的，疑似沒換被單，用噴水縷平時的，晚上那麼吵，而且一開始就叫他給我們換了個不挨馬路邊的，結果就換在了旁邊，一晚上沒睡着。
