The attitude of the service staff is very good, polite and friendly, but the decoration and facilities are too old, the hot spring is only on the 4th floor, there is a bathtub for soaking, and other ordinary rooms do not have a bathtub. This is the first time I have seen the bathtub stopper screwed with rusty wire. The disposable bathtub cover provided by the hotel was directly leaked. The room was tripped due to a power outage, and it took more than ten minutes for the workers to find out that the key card spring was faulty. At night, there were mice gnawing on the wood on the ceiling, and there was a rattling sound all night. At that time, I really didn't think it was a mouse. I thought it was a noise from some room, but I realized it was a mouse because of the very clear sound of biting. I got up and roared a few times The sound disappeared, and I slept in a daze all night.

The hotel environment is quite good, but the sound insulation is really not good. I am a person who usually sleeps soundly, but I was woken up by a man with no quality at the opposite door at two o'clock in the middle of the night. I chatted in the middle of the night and laughed. I called The waiter's interference was still solved very well, and the service attitude was very good! But then there was another knock on the door and there was a loud sound of debt collection. It seems that birds of a feather flock together and people come to find the one in front. Really speechless, did not sleep well all night. The hotel's side businesses such as hot springs and saunas are not open, and others are okay.

Facilities: The toilet is broken, and the temperature of the bath water is the kind that can freeze! There is no hot water available in the two rooms booked, so I can only cook it. Let's talk about the security issue: on the premise that we have already moved in, the front desk even gave our room card to other customers, and others can use the room card to come in at will. 對面就有很多吃飯的店，吃飯很便宜，6個人200多塊錢就能吃飽，離曹溪温泉幾百米，走路過去就可以。 親子房有一張1.8米和一張1.2米的床，睡3-4個人也可以。 含早餐，我們人多，老闆還多送了早餐券，好評。

前台小姐姐服務很熱情！很細心，酒店挺大的，還有後花園可以逛逛，距離南華寺就四五公里，旅遊自駕都很不錯！
