A 5 star hotel turned into a 2 star one. The staff are not much interested in work and take a very long time to check in I was not able to connect to WiFi as I don’t have a ID verified number to receive OTP. So I asked the hotel staff if anything can be done about it And the response was a No The cleaner lady was very polite and would even press the lift button for me The hotel is in a great location. Just cross the bridge and you will arrive at the centre of the city I will stay here again when I come considering the low price Overall a mostly pleasant experience

The room was well-equipped, the mattress was perfect for me, the service was attentive, and it was very quiet.

The room was excellent, very grand, and had a vintage feel; it was a very prestigious luxury five-star hotel from over a decade ago. The decor and facilities reflected this vintage atmosphere. The water pressure from the taps was strong and plentiful, and the drains were unclogged and odorless. The location was also excellent, offering views of the century-old Dongjie Street and the Beijiang River. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was much better than typical chain hotels, and I was quite full. The receptionist was very polite, and the other staff were also very helpful. The only slightly eerie thing was the presence of a middle-aged man. We went to bed very late last night, and when I woke up groggily, I felt a middle-aged man walk into the door. I tried to call my sister, but couldn't. I wondered if he might be... He started to move, and then I realized he was fighting for control of my body. I felt like I was struggling, kicking, and screaming, but I couldn't make a sound. Later, I got really hungry, so I told him we had fried rice on the table for lunch and we could go eat it. After a while, I realized I could move again, so I got up, immediately turned on the light, and rummaged through my bag, taking out all the amulets inside. My sister asked me what I was doing, but I didn't dare tell her for fear of scaring her. I said it would be easier to sleep if I laid them out. Then I turned on the hallway light, and it took me a long time to fall asleep. I stay in so many hotels every year, but this is the only thing I've never really experienced before. It was so scary. Our room number ended in 26, and I can't say which floor it was. Then I remembered that the hotel didn't have a room with the number 4, so I avoided the possibility of starving to death with room number 24. It was terrifying.

I always choose to stay at this hotel when I visit Shaoguan. My relatives and friends live in this area, so the location is excellent for me. There are plenty of parking spaces, and even during holidays when parking is scarce, the hotel makes special arrangements to solve the parking problem for drivers. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is easy to find, close to the pedestrian street, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and tidy. The bathroom has no odor, and the buffet breakfast is plentiful and excellent. Highly recommended.

I stayed during the May Day holiday. After the May Day holiday, the hotel will turn off the central air conditioning. The central air conditioning is only turned on again at night. The hotel has free parking for unlimited access. Breakfast is provided, there is not much variety, only hot drinks are provided. Breakfast will be packed until about 10pm.

I was passing through Shaoguan during the May Day holiday, and with limited hotel options, I booked this one. However, it turned out to be the worst accommodation I've had in recent years. For 600 yuan a night, the room was small, half the lights were broken, and at night, only a table lamp and a spotlight worked, making it extremely dim. I couldn't even see the contents of my suitcase, and there were ink stains on the sheets. When I went to the front desk to inquire about changing rooms, they said they would send someone to check, but then nothing happened, with no apology whatsoever. The elevator and hallways were also filthy and messy.

The room was large and comfortable, clean and tidy, the front desk waiter attitude was very good 👍👍, convenient transportation, very convenient to eat nearby, will continue to stay next time! Will introduce friends to stay!

The room facilities are relatively old, and many buttons on the control panel are broken and it is impossible to see what is written. The toiletries and tea bags provided are very cheap, and the packaging is from the last century. No coffee provided. The room ordering is also very backward. There is no menu. When we called to order, the other party could not hear us. We tried for an hour but failed to order. When someone came to fix the phone, no one came. In short, it is not worthy of a five-star hotel standard. I can understand if it is a three-star hotel.

我們一行11人從英德來到了韶關萊斯大酒店，酒店性價比高，位於市中心，出行十分方便。萊斯大酒店設施齊全，外貌雄偉，很有氣派，房間很大，乾淨整潔，十分舒適。自助早餐相當豐富，品種多樣，酒店服務員個個都非常熱情周到。我們在此入住三晚，以後有機會再來韶關，還是定選萊斯大酒店。
