Incredible service. Staffs are really helpful.

overall our stay was good. Kids were very excited running around the room and the hot spring. There were few areas for improvement such as room cleaning, there were hairs left on the bath room; and the Guest Service phone was all time busy, such that I needed to go all the way back to the check in lobby for enquiry and service request.

Stayed there two times, very nice and helpful service. If you need to stay in Shaoguan for few days, this is the best option you have. Breakfast was amazing btw. ❤️
