The service management is very poor. I booked a family room and when I arrived at the hotel at 15:00, I was told that it was not cleaned yet and I had to wait. Please be understanding and considerate if you think about the holidays! When I got the room at 16:00, I went in and saw that the family room only had one chair and no sofa. It’s also strange, and this design is also weird. Could it be that the person who booked the family room is not just bringing the whole family but living alone? Then I rushed to clean and found dirt on the sheets. After discovering the above problems, I immediately communicated with the hotel. The hotel responded quickly and changed the bed sheets and added two distinctive stools. It's really 5 stars.

Self-driving preferred Advantages: 1. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces and is convenient for self-driving 2. The room is fully equipped, with smart toilet, oversized TV, wardrobe, sofa 3. The hotel is about 1.5 kilometers away from Wanda Plaza and about five kilometers away from Keqiao Ancient Town. The room is very clean, after all, it is newly opened, and there is no smell, which is very good. As for breakfast, it is delicious, not a lot, but the ingredients are still OK, but the temperature was a bit high during the two days we went there, and there is no air conditioning , the high-rise room is as hot as in Hainan Island, even wearing short sleeves feels hot.
