Someone in reception very stupid

Novotel are a chain with hotels around the world. Rooms are clean, pool area is good. The gym is poor, with 2kg weights, broken bike. be aware of the hustlers that operate in here, I ended up paying $150 for a haircut in the barbershop, its located in the Palm side, a man turns up out of the blue and baboozals you with some ridiculous treatments that was forced upon you...., You agree to shut the man up.....It's a well drilled hustle. I did complain to the Accor group to make them aware of this l but it fell on deaf ears. $150 for a hair cut for a 50 year old man ..... really Novotel.....!!! Be aware of the sellers harrasing you at your sun lounger trying to sell you day trips, massages, etc, they are the same people who operate in the hotel, that push onto you the haircuts!! Not a good experience and I left the hotel early.

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

The room is clean and quite large. From the balcony door, you can go uphill to the swimming pool No. 5. The main restaurant is in the beach wing. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk there. You can also call for a shuttle bus to pick you up.

Very good very satisfied

The service was very thoughtful. The reservation failed due to a system problem, but Ctrip helped to solve it. The only problem was that the beach side garden view room was a bit small.

It was stated that the hotel was 5 stars, maximum three stars, the rooms were old but clean. Breakfast is terrible, the same thing every day!

It is a highly recommend hotel for you vacation , if you want to enjoy your vacation to the max you should choose this hotel. When I want to rate this hotel I will rate it 100 / 100 . I will start with the luxurious reception and the people welcoming us so friendly,the most thing that I like is that the hotel is being cleaned all the day , you can see cleaning staff around you everywhere, I am a cleaning freak so this was very very delightful and joyful for me .all the staff there are so friendly from the front desk to the restaurant to the animation team . The food and the buffet was really really delicious and there are varieties of choices in it I noticed that they care about healthy food , the kids buffet also was very yummy my daughter was very happy with it even they had small tables for kids in the restaurant in front of cartoons to make their experience in eating amazing. The pool was very very good the water was clean and warm I will miss the water aerobics everyday with Mrs. Olga . About the rooms, the room was very clean and tidy, they care about even the little detail in the room the housekeeping team was very fast and professional. They had a small show everyday at the evening it was amazing and interduce different show everyday . I hope i didn't forget any thing about this amazing hotel and I wish i go back there again soon .
