The service is really bad. The state of the rooms are bad. The telephone does not work. The TV is snowie. No internet on the rooms. The curtains are falling down. The service is so slow. I had to pay single supplement and I paid over a £100 for this bad service. Very disappointing.

Booked 7 days all inclusive stay via loveholidays. Hotel had 4.5 stars on that app. What a shocker on the arrival. Dirty dirty bathroom! No soap, nor shampoo. When asked for some I received 4 sachets for 2 people so had to purchase our own. Shower curtain was so dirty it was stiff. Room itself very dated. There was a tv, but signal was so rubbish there was no way to watch anything on it. Watered down drinks at the bar. Even though we paid for all inclusive beer, wine and coffee was not included. Sun beds, very dated, varnish peeling off, wood splits with huge splinters sticking out. Pool towels… had to queue for it for good 30min as there was not enough towels. Food canteen, smelly. Food majority of the time was cold, Oily fried balls of something. Red and white cabbage (not even lettuce), however one day they served lettuce. Cucumber. Cottage cheese and local sausage. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Omelet was served 2 times in our 7 days stay. Some grilled meat served for dinner, but then heard people arguing and asking for more meat (as it was limited) Paid under £300 per person flight included. I didn’t expect much for that money, but they still managed to surprise me.

Oh my… I think everyone below summarised the standards and conditions of this place. I can only say that I paid silly money for one week all inclusive (outside of the season) and mostly I’ve been out and about. Dirty, filthy, smelly, just terrible. The only one thing I can say good about them is that staff, cleaners, were really nice. That’s it.

Just moments after arrival we realized that there was probably some mistake. With every moment it was getting worse. We were very disappointed. As regards the room, the mattresses were in a deplorable condition. Dirty and smelly. The bathroom looked like no one had cleaned there for a year. Dirt and filth. Toilet paper we also had to buy ourselves. We were given 1 roll for 3 days and there were 3 of us. However the biggest disappointment are the meals and drinks. I have been several times in other hotels and have not yet seen such food. I attach pictures. Meals are mostly rice, potatoes, groats, red and white cabbage. For breakfast lunch and dinner !!! Zero eggs, cheese vegetables, ham, tomagtoes, cuccamber, butter - nothing !! The very way of serving is a misunderstanding, everything was sticky with dirt. For a whole week we were doomed to eat on our own. Which entails an additional cost. As for drinks, what was my surprise that the beer at the bar was charged !!! I have never encountered such a thing in my life. For us it was not all inclusive !!! Swimming pool is a very dangerous place. Please look at these holes, you could hurt yourself there !!! We were also surprised at the very end. Check-out is at 11 a.m. We left the room and immediately they took away our all-inclusive bracelets. We waited for a taxi for 3 hours and the gentleman from the reception instructed the barman not to give us any more drinks or food. We felt terrible. This is not a 4 star hotel. We were cheated. The staff does not speak English at all. It was impossible to even complain because no one understood us. We were hungry and horrified by the filth and very unkind staff. I talked to many people who were also in shock and decided to change hotels. We, unfortunately, could not afford it. It was a vacation from hell. Do not recommned at all !!!!

This hotel is rented out. The current manager ignores all complaints, in fact when i stayed he told 1 couple to go to another hotel It is def not for English( western) visitors Only the Russians and Germans are catered for, hence food is terrible 1 block was full of cockroaches and toilet rolls are scarce All Inclusive is false. No Beer and only a very limited x4 of local drinks ( not good) is available

I booked this hotel because the reviews were really good what a mistake that turned out to be! The entire resort is extremely dirty, get hot water and detergent and clean the 30 years of thick The furnishings need updating and stuff are falling apart They do not have a dish washer so wash glasses under the cold tap on getting them back from the tables, I got 2 herpes Coldsores, we both got gastrointestinal and was poorly for 3 days of the holiday. They have no microwave to heat your food to a temperature which kills germs Breakfast all you can eat is omelette, which they have 1 member of staff who can cook 2 at a time, 15 mins wait. Was so glad to move to the next hotel which was also 4 star but far superior and clean. The good:- The air con works The resort buildings are nice bet a nice hotel 30 years ago. The view and location are good Can usually find something to eat at lunch & dinner Nice staff

Great place with its own charm. All staff are working hard and have to deal with the usual plethora of rude guests from around the world. But if you look after them - they look after you. Great value for money and very hearty and plenty of food. Regular trips to the beach and the evening entertainment is good when theres a crowd. Met some fantastic people there - both staff and solo travellers. Great value for an off season holiday when you want to relax. Definately coming again.
