Staff not friendly , if you pay money to staff they will be Servise you should f not pay they will not care about you , specially mr minar work in bar of pool is very bad service and he give you the drinking as like charity, and I told the manger about him but he don’t make anything even he did not apologize.

The dessert buffet and food are very bad, the juices and soft drinks are very bad, the lack of interest in the guest at the bars, very bad treatment, there are no snacks between meals, the all-inclusive reservation does not include fresh juices and Turkish coffee, the thing you need is not included in the all-inclusive reservation, everything needs payment even if your reservation includes all meals and drinks, the reception staff are bad, there is no water only in cups, there are no water bottles only in the rooms, they try to exploit the customer in any way, the food is repeated almost daily, there is no change in the food and they put very small quantities, the fish is put without cleaning and the shrimp in particular, and when I asked the restaurant manager, he told me you have to clean the shrimp when you eat

Food excellent.
What disturbed the children was screaming and running around the dining room because it was not pleasant to eat. You could put them in another hall to shout at each other because there was plenty of room.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The service attitude is poor, the room facilities are poor, the air conditioner in two of the three rooms is broken, and the door will often not open when changing to another room, and you will be asked to tip the waiter to open the door. The mattress in my room collapsed. I told them in the afternoon that I wanted to change the room, but I disagreed. I said I would change the mattress, but I didn’t change it all night. There was no WiFi in the three rooms. I was so angry that I didn’t stay the last night. I changed my itinerary and went back to Cairo.

Ad an amazing stay ere the hotel staff can't do enough for u. Always enough food to choose from everyday and if my lil boy didn't like anything the chef would do him chicken nuggets and chips . Animation team were amazing loved playing darts and doing morning stretches with Megan. Will definitely be coming bk x
