Xperience Kiroseiz AquaPark Premier-Naama Bay

We recently stayed at a hotel in Sharm El Sheikh as a group of three families with 14 people in total and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We booked one standard room and four triple rooms but the overall quality of the rooms was far below expectations. The bathrooms were particularly problematic with consistently cold water in the showers making it very uncomfortable for everyone. The air conditioning units were extremely loud to the point where it was nearly impossible to sleep. This was especially difficult for us as we were traveling with two babies who were also disturbed by constant noise not only from the air conditioning but also from outside the rooms. Another major issue was the lack of proper enforcement of nonsmoking requests. We had specifically asked for nonsmoking rooms but our neighbors were smoking heavily and the smell was very strong and unpleasant seeping into our rooms and affecting our comfort. In the middle of the night we were forced to request to move rooms while handling two sleeping babies which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The food at the hotel was average at best and did not meet the standard we expected. Overall this stay was far from relaxing or enjoyable and we would not recommend this hotel especially for families with young children.

Good variety of food , different and clean pools & good aqua park. Good entertainment show but some shows need to be improved.

Drunk men repeatedly accosting sunbathers at pool - Security and bar staff unwilling to intervene. overcharged by reception staff on room tariff despite booking via bookings.com Charged for all inclusive food items Reception staff and duty manager angry & dismissive when  requested to help resolve customers issues  However many of the cleaning and ground staff were lovely and friendly.

This hotel shouldnt be 5 stars. The rooms are spacious but old. It is not clean at all. The pools are dirty. I had to pull out rubbish from the pool while I was in it in the morning. The cleaners knock your room at 8 in the morning. And all they do is your bed. Although it is all inclusive, mini bar is extra charge. If you go to a bar after 12 midnight they charge you extra money. If you wanna go to the beach you have to take a shuttle bus and you have to make a reservation. It is about 20 min drive. The food is sometimes good but in general its not too bad. All in general I regret going to this hotel. I booked it after reading the comments but later realised that they are all fake. You will realise after you go through them all.

Wonderful!! 5 stars with all means! Had a really great time the food is great too, employees are polite, I had alot of fun !! :)

This is not a five star hotel , they don't have access to the beach so they take you on a long trip to another area to swim or snorkel in crowded buses , a nightmare if you miss it as it will cost you a lot to come back, the food is low quality buffet in a crowded environment, the place caters for Russians and ignore everyone else .

Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge. Would definitely recommend and return to it.
