The hotel was very nice, and the beach in particular deserves a lot of praise. It was genuinely beautiful. When it comes to the food, I honestly think some of the criticism is a little exaggerated. During our stay, I saw people filling their plates generously, sometimes going back for two or three plates, so I was actually surprised when I later read so many negative comments about the food. The Beach Bar operates continuously throughout the day. Whether you think everything is perfect or not, there is no real interruption in service. Another thing we appreciated was that, compared with some other parts of Egypt, the staff did not stand around expecting or pressuring you for tips. We stayed in a Preferred Area Renovated Room. The room was very clean, modern, and we had no issues at all. It was also generally quiet, and we did not experience any significant noise problems during our stay. Despite the hotel being very close to the lively streets of Naama Bay, the noise did not disturb us in the room. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its location. It is extremely close to the lively streets of Naama Bay, and you can walk straight out from the hotel’s side entrance directly into the main area. Considering the location, beach, renovated room and overall service, I think the hotel offers good value for money. It may not provide the same level of service as similarly priced hotels in Turkey, but overall we were satisfied with what we received for the price. That said, I do not think anyone should come here expecting the same hotel standards and level of service you might find in Turkey
