Terrible.! Dark room (window is onto the corridor where other guests walk), foul smell, brown water, dirty toilet, no toilet paper, fridge acts as freezer, most sockets don’t work, towel was stolen from pool area, staff were rude especially bar man when I asked for a coffee.! Some of the staff are great and the location and pool are good but it’s not worth it.! There are much better places

Very good location

It is so dirty. I and my husband stayed here for 5 days but everyday a new problem occured… for example the televison in the room doesnt work properly. The aircondion doesnt work properly it doesnt even make the room cold. When the aircondition works it works too loudly and you cant sleep with the loud atmosphere. Also we told them to clean the room. They did not mop the floor vacuum the carpet… they did not even change the bad sheets :( they just make the bad thats all! Falcon naama is a nightmare I saw any kind of insects here during my vacation. Also in my hair I got insects unfortunately. People who consider to go to this hotel. I think you should not even walk around this hotel.

This hotel is amazing ideal location for exploring the area the staff are great nothing is too much trouble for any of them restaurant and bar staff were outstanding asked us our names on the first day and aleays adressed us by name every meal time ...animation team work hard to get everyone involved and are always around for a chat and give advice on the area ... food won't be to everyone's taste but we always found something to eat we have come straight home and rebooked for next year

the most underrated outstanding hotel you will find in sharm el sheikh with the best staff. absolutely gutted to leave this place to come home. from arrival to departure the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. every single one of them. an absolute credit to this hotel. above and beyond. from reception staff to catering / bar staff. even towel guys, cleaners, gardeners. the whole team. polite. happy staff. cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a happy one. can’t wait to return.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the faculty was always clean and everyone was making sure that the guests have a great time. The rooms were very spacious and the animation team always granted a good mood amongst all the guests and all in all it was a great stay.

I had written a review before and gave an overly harsh analysis. I usually go to large holiday villages with multiple restaurants, bars, pools etc and I cruelly based my experience on that. This hotel is really good. The staff are so attentive! Osama is a superb manager and he has your comfort during your stay at the top of his agenda. Ask him for anything and he'll sort it. We didn't like the food, he had his chefs cook up a bespoke meal. We didn't like the drinks, he got his bar staff to help us find something we liked. We didn't like the little shops in the hotel and their pushy sales, he told them to stop. It's a 3 star hotel but the staff all treat you like it's a 5 star. Recommended for those who want to stay near to Naama Bay at a budget but receive excellent service.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel I came out with all family members once we got there hotel checked us all in and a lovely man didn't get his name took all of you're suitcases and bags as we settled in 2 weeks all inclusive were a blast down to pool staff bar staff who put you're towels down every morning and drinks were brought to you every day animation team kept you entertained restaurant food you never went hungry if you didn't like what was on restaurant staff were happy to cook you something you like lounge bar you could get all inclusive drinks all in all had a great time only thing the hotel needs is a update looking a bit tired looking forward to be back soon

Staff here are so helpful and friendly, it is a very pleasant place to stay. Food is amazing. Delicious traditional fare. No shortage of vegan options. I ate like a Queen. The waiting staff can't do enough for you- what lovely young men... they really made my holiday delightful. The pool is not heated. It is cold in January, but you soon get used to it. It's a good size, and there is a small hot tub area. A range of animation activities every day keep you active! I enjoyed 'stretching' each morning and yoga, but there is so much more- dance, volleyball, darts. The bedroom was large, basic, but had everything I needed and I had no complaints. Housekeeping were good, everything was clean. You can buy day trips from the trader in the foyer... snorkelling/diving, Dahab, bedouin show, buggy ride/desert aentures and more. There is also a taxi company there. There are small shops selling souvenirs, snacks, perfume, (I believe there is a health clinic on site also).... and the hotel has it's own spa! The massage comes highly recommended. The hotel has beach access (shared with another hotel) which is a 10 minute walk away. It is a small beach but well equipped with bar, longers, and a massage tent! You can book a glass bottomed boat trip from the many piers along the bay and view the wonderful sealife below. Everything you need is within 10 minutes of Falcon Naama Star.... there is a chemist across the road , souvenir shops are next door (or just down the street in naama's centre), bowling alley, cafes bars and restaurants. Taxis run along the main street to the left (just flag one down...but set a price before leaving). Buses run from there also, or from the street across the way (behind pharmacy) A shopping mall backs onto the hotel -accessed from either the road behind the hotel (go out, turn left,left, left for level access) or the covered stairwells just down the road from the hotel. There is a Tutankhamun museum in the shopping centre. Lovely place to say with everything you need on your doorstep. I will be back.
