Accommodation for the money is considered good. The rooms are clean. The beach is excellent. The service of the bars is very bad. The food is clean but not varied. If the reservation price per night is from 60 to 66 dollars, I think it is suitable. More than that, it is not worth it.

We went for 10 nights and the staff and hotel was amazing !! The staff at the resort made our trip , they are so so friendly and made the holiday a memorable one. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond for all the guests with a constant smile. We also went across the road to the supermarket on the front called 5 star and the shopkeeper Mohammed is now a life long friend. We were so welcomed and we are planning to come back already. The resort is so good that you don’t have to venture out of it if you don’t want to. I found out I had an alergic reaction to bites out there but the hotel staff and doctors could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Amazing hotel with amazing staff could not fault the place. The food was unreal with regular BBQ and good variety of foods bread and vegetables. We will be returning very soon and can’t wait to see everyone again. Big love Chelsea & Ryan

This was the 1st time we visited Egypt and our 1st holiday together. The staff are 2nd to none. From the reception, the entertainment staff, the pool guys, the restaurant staff and the cleaners. All amazing. The hotel is very clean. The food isn’t amazing but you can always find something to eat. It’s more repetitive than inedible. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after. We will definitely be returning. The WiFi isn’t great around the pool but was fine in most other places. The only negative thing I will say, is around the pool it is VERY slippery.

Second time staying at Parrotel Beach Resort and we had another great stay. Our room 7112 was not as nice as the 1st time we stayed however it was decent enough but could do with updating and be cleaned properly. Aside of this I cannot complain as it was great value for money. The staff are great and work extremely hard - day and night!! They were all lovely, especially Mahmoud who worked at the pool bar & the life guards extremely helpful getting loungers moved and collecting towels. There was a manager who kept checking staff around the pool who was horrible shouting at them, I couldn't get his name but he should appreciate the great staff instead of treating them like that. The staff make the holiday better by being so helpful and nice, they should get the recognition they deserve. I don't understand negative reviews, some people are too critical and cannot be pleased! I would stay again if the price was right, we return to Egypt in June but to another hotel so it will be interesting to see how they compare. Thank you for a lovely time again.

The hotel that just keeps giving wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make your stay memorable great for couples families and solo travelers beautiful gardens large swimming pool plus 2 other small pools for kids The hotel has its own beach and pier and dive centre the snorkelling is amazing The entertainment is great and good fun but never any pressure to join in as well as a spa which is also very good

Seven days in hotel was very good. I come with my friend. Room is good, food is very tasty. Vibe is very good, super music and super crazy team. Very bautiful show every evening. They are very fun, fantastic and good. We miss this time there and I love all team of animater

It was great to be back amongst our friends and the friendly staff at the Parrotel Beach Resort. We had a great room waiting for us with great service. All the staff were amazingly helpful, kind and welcoming. It was sad to see some people very rude people from the UK who were very abusive towards some staff and gave us Brits a band name. My friend and myself will be returning in the the year. It was sad that we could not be staying for the grand opening of the new reception building. We will be back to see the new reception in use. I would like to add special thanks to the following staff; Abdul the taxi driver Wahed the taxi manager Abdullah the concierge Hawash in the restaurant Mohammed in the restaurant Rayda in reception Mohammed in reception It was lovely to meet Mr Mohammed the general manager in the beautiful new reception building. We would highly recommend booking a taxi from Wahed to take visitors to the Old Sharm market. My friend and myself took part in a big clean up of rubbish from the coral reefs, sea bed and beach at the Land Mark Marina on the 19th of May. We volunteered as part of a big group of organisations, charities and Green Star Hotels that took part. We are glad that Parrotel Beach Resort is also a Green Star Hotel and is taking responsibility in helping to preserve the marine ecology and wildlife amongst the coral reefs in the Red Sea. We collected over 5000kgs of rubbish from the Land Mark marina itself within just 1 hour. We will be returning to Sharm El Sheikh for the next big clean up Our only regret is that 10 nights go far too quickly and it was sad to say goodbye to our beloved friends.
