Clean , compact, cozy hotel with short jetty and beautiful underwater world, located near to the Soho square and airport. The staff is attentive .Room is spacious. Good quality coffee and big food variety on breakfast. Recommend and will back again .

I want to write a separate review about the animation at the hotel. Great animation made our vacation very bright. The animators held interesting events and games. We liked the evening shows at the amphitheater, Egyptian folklore, belly dancing, fire show and so on. The animators were very friendly and helpful, always trying to maintain an atmosphere of fun and joy. We had a great time, we hope to come again.

We reached the hotel at noon but we met the worst reception they took more than 2 hours in check in asking for birth certificate of the kids although they were adults not free really they are rude turned our mood bad The hotel lobby really luxury Rooms are old but clean with good AC Buffet was good and service team were really helpful good persons The beach was beautiful but don't expect something unique in coral reef the offer snacks on the beach But the beach shut down at 6 pm very early !!! Animation team not bad Its the second and last visit to island view the cheep price is not reason to treat guests in this way

One of the best hotels I like this hotel so much animation team are so amazing and so active 😎 Always have something new in the evening everyday have something new really I love it 😍 Was best holiday I'll be back soon 😁 I need to say thank you animation team for this time

literally the most disgusting resort i’ve ever been to in my entire life. the staff is so rude with the nastiest attitudes, the bathrooms of the rooms are so dirty, housekeeping doesn’t clean, the foods horrid, def not 5 star, not even half a star tbh. the most incompetent human beings work here and get mad if you ask them for anything. not one respectful person works here

The hotel was beautiful and wonderful and all the workers were respectful and wonderful to us. The food is delicious and every day is different, and you can also take a wonderful cocktail from the bar. Throughout the day there are many activities performed by the animation people, and every day in the evening there is a different show in the theater and there are parties. Everything was real in the hotel and it was wonderful. I had a nice rest in this place. Also, next to the hotel there is a beautiful place with lights, Soho Square. Real thanks to all the workers at this hotel. I will be back soon

My best holiday I was in hotel one week ago it’s very nice vacation with my girlfriend Arrived, received very nicely, rooms are very nice in front of the sea The food is good, there are more than one restaurant The sea is the most important thing, I have never seen a view like this The location is very wonderful The animation team is very good The staff in the restaurant is smiling all the time There is more than one swimming pool I was very happy and I will come back to this hotel again

There is no soft drink inside room, only two slides in swimming pool one was working good and the other one very slow, ice not available for drinks, no fans in the outdoor terraces, selected deserts + meat+ chickens by ur self from restaurant not allowed and it’s very strange in all inclusive policy, more over the quality and types of food the group rated it 5 from 10. The big issue was not available golf car to drive a wheelchair to the beach. The staff were aggressive except few ones I remember someone called ( Ahmed) works at pool bar was so nice. We booked five rooms I don’t think we can come again, for our family not recommend at all.

I arrived on the 2nd of June. They gave me a good, good room close to and with a view of the sea. Everyone in the hotel works to satisfy everyone. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and bars, and even the animation team work hard, and every day there are new shows and parties on the beach. We enjoyed our vacation with this hotel. It has a good advantage. Next to the hotel, there is a very beautiful place, Soho Square. We can walk around there every day. There are also offers, restaurants, and everything. I really want to thank all the employees at this hotel for their good work and good treatment. Soon we will be back at this hotel thanks
