Очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Хороший сервис, большие номера, хорошая территория бассейна. Еда в ресторане достаточно разнообразная и вкусная. Есть анимация.

Нам все понравилось прожили здесь пять дней анимация конечно смело кол можно поставить. Много русских пар есть с кем поболтать. На пляж ходили платный потому как от отеля совсем не очень. Хороший платный пляж это эль фанар от отеля в трех километрах.

這家酒店是我住過最失望的一次體驗，完全不值這個價。
首先，房間衞生極其糟糕。一進門就能聞到刺鼻的殺蟲劑味道，環境悶得讓人喘不過氣。房間整體非常老舊，設備嚴重老化：燒水壺是壞的，吹風機也幾乎不能使用，連最基本的入住需求都無法滿足。
其次，酒店在設施方面嚴重誤導消費者。我訂房時唯一看到的設施寫的是“客房 Wi-Fi”，但到了酒店才發現房間根本沒有 Wi-Fi，衹在公共區域提供。更荒謬的是，我到餐廳卻根本連不上任何網絡，形同虛設。
前台服務態度也非常令人失望。工作人員對客人普遍冷漠、敷衍、不耐煩，完全看不出任何酒店行業應有的服務意識，讓人感覺每一個問題都在“打擾”他們。
再説餐食部分，糟糕到難以下嚥。每天的食物幾乎一模一樣，沒有任何變化；所謂的肉類鹹到無法入口；水果不新鮮；蛋糕甜得發膩，品質非常廉價，讓人完全沒有胃口。住了幾天，每餐都在勉強填飽肚子。人多的時候我們沒有座位坐衹能站着。
整體而言，這家酒店無論從衞生、服務、設施還是食物都遠遠低於預期。我非常不推薦這家酒店，也希望酒店方能正視問題，而不是繼續這樣糟糕的運營方式。

Très déçu du service et a notre arrivée la salle de bains était bouché, la télévision ne fonctionnait et le frigo non plus , nous avions mis des denrées alimentaires que nous avons été obligés de jeter , nous sortions d'un séjour dans un hôtel 3 étoiles en pensant que le 4 étoiles allait être mieux , quel déception !!!!!!

We stayed for 14 nights The hotel was clean , the grounds are kept lovely and staff were excellent. Really went out of there way to make you feel welcome. Especially the private beach staff ,free shuttle bus to the beach and the bus driver that took us to the beach was great aswell We found that the hotel wasn't really catered for English. There was no labels on the food to say what it was and hot food was put ontop of cooling food, we went down the road every day for dinner , We only had breakfast here . Toaster took several goes through to be slightly toasted . Fridge in room wasnt cold ,reported to reception and was told its working its slim cold ? Air conditioning wasnt working for the first week ,was brilliant once fixed . Cleaners were exceptionally good.. our room was done every day . Clean towels, bins empty etc .. no complaints there , I just think this hotel could be better with a few adjustments But staff as I said were great.
