Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~
Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is also very good, bring a small balcony, the balcony view is probably Figure 5 Figure 8
Beach: The hotel has a private beach, but it is not with the hotel. You need to take a car at the entrance of the lobby for about 10 minutes. The beach is not large and there are many people. Figure 7 is the beach, but there is a free dining table provided by the hotel on the beach. There are some salad bread fries drinks ice cream, but I have to say that Sharm el Sheikh is really good underwater! Just a few meters from the beach to snorkeling in the water, you can see a lot of live corals, schools of fish, the big Nemo, and you can see a lot of things when you dive in Sharm! But it ’s really cold in February. It ’s still after March.
Water park: This should be the selling point of this hotel! Oversized water park! Every project has staff, and it's all free! !! !! This hotel has a part of the water park. The main point is that the hotel next door is a group with this hotel. With a bracelet, you can go in and play during the day! The water park of the hotel next door is also very large, and it does not duplicate the water project of this hotel. There are also water roller coasters that are larger than the roller coaster. Because the weather is cold, we usually start playing after noon. The water parks of these two hotels will be played. 2 days
Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good
In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one!
Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

The is and without hesitation the best hotel I’ve stepped my foot in. The hotel itself is super clean very nice staff big place big rooms and many pools you chose from with each one a different vibe from the other you never get bored and let’s not forget the beach you have access to. The staff is incredibly professional very very nice both in the reception and in the buffet big heads up to chef Samir who’s very professional, smiles all the time, he shows you the restaurant around present to you the food goes around to see if everything’s going good, and the food is great very diversified themed food per day and literally everything is good you just can’t choose. I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation.
I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier.
I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish.
I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling.
It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

Food excellent.
What disturbed the children was screaming and running around the dining room because it was not pleasant to eat. You could put them in another hall to shout at each other because there was plenty of room.

Room: The room is a sea view room, very beautiful, just right to watch the sunrise, which is why I choose to live here.
Environment: There is no business going out here. If you don’t order three meals, you can only go to the restaurant to pay for yourself.
Travel: If you need to travel, you can book a rental or hotel official car here, but the price is very expensive. There is no Uber in Sharm El Sheikh, and the travel fee is very expensive.
Beach: There are fewer people on the beach here, and the corals are not as beautiful as those in places with diving shops. We went to the diving shop to experience it. There are a lot of people there, and it is very lively. The restaurants outside are also very convenient, and the price is reasonable. Cheap.
Hygiene: The next day the waiter made us a bath towel and liked it very much. However, there is a pimple under the quilt. I don’t feel very comfortable. I’m more picky. In addition, there is a small blanket in the middle of the quilt. It is not put in a suit, but two sheets are sandwiched. When I fell asleep, the quilt core ran away , Let me cover empty, sleep very cold. Sanitation is in place.

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

Excellent resort, close to Sharm El Sheik airport, it is about 30 minutes from the old town, the Safari and the marina where trips to Ras Mohammad depart.
The hotel is located within soho square, a safe neighborhood that is foreign to the typical incursions of Egyptian sellers found in the rest of the country.
We were able to compare ourselves, during the various trips, with other tourists on the quality of the hotel, the size and type of the beaches, THE RESTAURANTS (sore point in Egypt) and I must say that the Savoy hotel came out victorious.
The comparison with the other resorts was then also compared by us on the occasion of transfers and dinners.
The resort is equipped with every comfort: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants (Rosmarino really has an excellent value for money, super recommended), a wide and sandy beach with a reef rich in typical coral reef species. Inside the hotel you will find several operators who will offer you trips and excursions (we opted for GetYourGuide apart from the parasailing we did with them).
The maid service was excellent all week.

GGuest UserIt is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik
GGuest UserAn elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable
CCHAO1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day.
2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish.
3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style.
4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant.
5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.
GGuest UserAll inclusive small but cozy. Very good food, varied, rich. Rooms comply. Large swimming pools, one of them with warm water. It has access to two beaches, one in front, Gafy, (approximately 200 meters away); And another beach located at the other end of Naama Bay, which you can reach on foot (approximately 20/25 minutes along some pretty streets) or by bus (at the hotel's expense).
On Gafy beach you can see colorful fish from practically the shore, it is beautiful.
GGuest UserFor Italians, Domina feels like feeling at home, beautiful views, staff always available. The only flaw is the repetitive, but quality food. Advise
An average hotel if you are on a budget. We were a family of 4 with two boys aged 9 and 14. The surroundings are lovely with lovely gardens and tropical plants , an authentic small hotel. The outside dining area was nice looking but way too hot to eat outside for us, so roasting. The inside dining is very basic with ok food for an all inclusive resort, its not going to be Gordon Ramsey style for the price paid so this was to be expected for us , ok food. The staff here are all friendly and didn't have any issues with staff except on one occasion where the bar staff just seemed to ignore our son waiting at the bar and decided to serve a rude Russian bloke barging past , so my husband had words and he then apologised. The main bar, pool bar and restaurant all seem to suffer from a severe lack of glasses, so much so that staff are constantly taking them from you the minute you finish one drink, to wash and replenish. The result of this is a constant stream of hot glasses to either fill your drink with, or that are handed to you by the staff. Not the worst issue in the world however a little annoying. After sunset, the *only* place to get a drink is an upstairs bar located in the lobby which is about 15 feet wide and with staff not in a hurry. Beer is served by the small glass so ordering two beers at once becomes standard practise - again not the end of the world but frustrating as the wait for another can take a while (see size of bar above). Evening entertainment is, by British standards, not the best. If you are wanting a drink watching a singer / performer it is possible but restricted to around an hour (9-10pm) and restricted to about 10 tables. The main entertainment area is outside so frequent trips to the bar (c10 min round trip) is needed. Said outside entertainment is good, but the hotel needs to keep the pool bar open into the evening (quite why they don’t is beyond me). If you want a sunbed then get up at 5:45am !! Thats what I had to do everyday and even then there was only about 6 beds left as all had towels on. We found out that the people were tipping the pool staff to put their towels out for them which I think is really wrong ! The pool we were told would open at 8am but it wasn't , somedays 8:30am and other days 9am which was annoying. WIFI is terrible, only available in the lobby bar, so very frustrating Beach is not within walking distance as advertised on website, you have to get shuttle bus which run frequently for a 10 minute ride. We found this disappointing because we thought we could walk there within 5 minutes We felt that the lack of activities for our boys was a bit of an issue, the hotel would benefit from a free inside games room and other activities however we did know this when booking. The rooms were quiet and really dark so great for a good sleep. Aircon was really good in our room. The bed our eldest son had was put up when we arrived but was fallen apart at the feet so not the best at all , we were too
This hotel was simply stunning for me, my friend and three kids aged 7-9. What a beautiful setting . Hotel was kept to a high standard . The waterpark / pools were probably the best I have ever seen in my life. Rooms were very comfortable with a pool view . Food , I cannot complain about either , especially enjoyed the BBQ and Sharma . Drinks were on tap all over the hotel , many bars and ice cream spots. The main thing that made our holiday special was the staff. They were always attentive and always very polite. The best of the bunch were the pool staff , I made very good friends with them and they made sure me and my kids had an amazing time . I will never forget them and have made amazing memories with them . Thank you to all that helped us and made our stay simply fantastic !!!! Definitely going back again ... See you soon ❣️
FFlippertyGStaff here are so helpful and friendly, it is a very pleasant place to stay. Food is amazing. Delicious traditional fare. No shortage of vegan options. I ate like a Queen. The waiting staff can't do enough for you- what lovely young men... they really made my holiday delightful. The pool is not heated. It is cold in January, but you soon get used to it. It's a good size, and there is a small hot tub area. A range of animation activities every day keep you active! I enjoyed 'stretching' each morning and yoga, but there is so much more- dance, volleyball, darts. The bedroom was large, basic, but had everything I needed and I had no complaints. Housekeeping were good, everything was clean. You can buy day trips from the trader in the foyer... snorkelling/diving, Dahab, bedouin show, buggy ride/desert aentures and more. There is also a taxi company there. There are small shops selling souvenirs, snacks, perfume, (I believe there is a health clinic on site also).... and the hotel has it's own spa! The massage comes highly recommended. The hotel has beach access (shared with another hotel) which is a 10 minute walk away. It is a small beach but well equipped with bar, longers, and a massage tent! You can book a glass bottomed boat trip from the many piers along the bay and view the wonderful sealife below. Everything you need is within 10 minutes of Falcon Naama Star.... there is a chemist across the road , souvenir shops are next door (or just down the street in naama's centre), bowling alley, cafes bars and restaurants. Taxis run along the main street to the left (just flag one down...but set a price before leaving). Buses run from there also, or from the street across the way (behind pharmacy) A shopping mall backs onto the hotel -accessed from either the road behind the hotel (go out, turn left, left, left for level access) or the covered stairwells just down the road from the hotel. There is a Tutankhamun museum in the shopping centre. Lovely place to say with everything you need on your doorstep. I will be back.
GGuest UserWe lived in the part that is across the road from the sea, we took it without food, because the price is not competitive with food, the Internet was excellent, but we specifically asked for a room near the reception, the room is good, the cleaning is super, the pools are not heated, but the sea is not far away. Few people, excellent value for money.
