I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier.
