擦臉掛了我一下，一看差點沒吐了。後面投訴酒店衹是給個換毛巾的處理，我直接退宿了，我覺得這是常態並不是個例，因為為給我解釋和處理的辦法。

房間大小挺合適，大而舒適，衞生不錯，床品舒服睡的特別好，服務真心不錯，前台美女送了飲料，因為聽不懂滴滴司機的普通話，前台非常熱心幫忙溝通，保安大哥也不錯，謝謝他們了

衞生：衞生很差很差，衞生不乾淨。服務：前台維族服務員態度極差，最起碼前台維族女的打電話問續住還是退房的跟他説了退房直接把電話掛了我把話都沒説完呢。一點禮貌都沒有，這一點很不舒服，下來退房的時候看到那個維族前台女的一點微笑服務都沒有，特別差不是一般的差服務態度…
