在毫不知情的情況下被扣了按金打電話問才知道礦泉水是格外收費的既然是要收費為什麼不明碼標價為什麼在打電話要了兩次礦泉水的情況下不説明要收費在房間裏面也沒有任何地方提醒張貼水要額外收費甚至退按金的時候也沒有説明礦泉水是額外收費的！打電話詢問的時候前台解釋説以前也有這種情況最後都是扣費了那既然大家都反映有這種不明不白的扣費為什麼還不改進？即使礦泉水要收費也能理解但是這種毫無任何提醒的不明不白的扣費真的讓人費解

前台服務太差，一臉的不耐煩！衞生狀況令人堪憂，淋浴設計的不合理，沒有淋浴隔斷門，一洗澡地上全是水，小孩早上去上廁所，摔了一跤，褲子全打濕了！

小鎮上的酒店，能選擇的很少，可能也是因為這個原因服務員態度特別差，愛理不理。問什麼都愛答不理，入住也沒有提前説應該什麼時候退房，退房完了需要收錢，結果晚了半個小時收了二十塊，做法很讓人不舒服，遇到一個宰一個的感覺。
