整體來講還是不錯的，看得出老闆還是想把這家民宿打造成輕奢類型。不論是從整體佈置，還是從早飯安排，都相對正規。當然價格也是附近民宿裏相對比較貴的，心理預期本來是比較高的。總體來説，有優點也有缺點，大家自己衡量: 優點: 1.地理位置還算可以，在斗山街，比較清靜。但是離徽州府衙有點距離，要走15-20分鐘。如果很在意位置，有離主街和府衙更近的民宿。如果希望清靜，那可以選這裏。 2.老闆和管家比較貼心，有應必答，還幫忙把府衙夜遊的門票送到府衙門口。屋內設施比較完善，還配了一個掛燙機。 3.整體環境比較清雅，早飯還不錯。但是沒有小童牙刷，這個不扣分，但是可以有改進 缺點: 1.衞生條件。這家民宿價格不便宜，但衞生沒有達到我的心理預期。扣分項是，浴室會有反味，晚上洗完澡以後一直有味道，第二天早上起來味道消失。 2.房間設定。我們的房間衹有一個很小的窗户，比較憋悶，在意通風的要注意。 3.房間裏有個小榻榻米，我是讓孩子拖鞋上去玩的。但是老闆來幫我們弄窗户的時候，直接穿鞋上去弄的。有點被驚訝到。不知道平時這裡會不會打掃，以及怎麼打掃 4.當天整個民宿衹有我們一家，我本來以為老闆或者管家也住在這，但管家跟我説，她們晚上都不住這裏，衹有我們住在這個房子裏。也是有被震驚到。雖然説是會鎖門，但是這樣並不是很合適 結論是，這個價格匹配整體感受，不會住第二次了
