下午嗯時候那個吧枱人員服務態度非常不好，跟她説話理都不理還跟我們擺着個臉，不知道的還以為我們欠他錢沒還一樣，房間衞生不好，被子床單都已經破損了。

入住多次，這次真的是糟心，前台一邊抽煙一邊手機麻將，開房給我開了間臟房，這個她説她忘了打掃我就不説啥了，後面換了一間也是臭味異常，再次換了好幾個連不上網絡，糟糕透頂，平台也退不了，好在保安大叔一直熱情熱心，確實多次入住的我都是在平台搶訂的特價房，所以我對房間大小和採光要求也不會高，那作為酒店方既然選擇推出特價房，然後你還因為房價低就這麼對待房客屬實不該。
