Hyatt House the Woodlands Shenandoah ★★★
"Clean, friendly staff."
Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah ★★
"⸻ I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah with my family, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would rate this stay 0/10 and do not recommend it. From the moment we checked in, the experience started off poorly. The front desk clerks were rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for our stay. However, the biggest concern was safety. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied—an extremely dangerous and careless mistake that could have ended much worse. As a woman, this made me feel very unsafe, knowing that anyone could potentially be given access to our room the same way. We also booked two rooms, and both sets of keys repeatedly stopped working. Every time we left, we had to walk back to the office to have them reset, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The room itself was poorly stocked. There was only one face towel, one bath towel, and one hand towel in rooms meant for two guests. When we asked for additional towels, we were met with more poor customer service. Breakfast was also misleading. It is advertised as included, but all that was offered was a cold bagel. If you’re expecting a real breakfast, you will definitely be disappointed. Overall, this stay lacked basic hospitality, safety, and comfort. While you may get what you pay for, this experience was unacceptable on multiple levels."
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Shenandoah the Woodlands ★★
"Room was clean Shower pressure was VERY Low, window shade would not open more than 10 inches and pillows were extremely thin. Breakfast was good and morning attendant made small scones that were pastry shop quality! Very Good! Quite a treat. :)"
Courtyard Houston North/Shenandoah ★★★
"Nice room and location."
Crowne Plaza SHENANDOAH - WOODLANDS AREA by IHG ★★★★
"Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms."
Super 8 by Wyndham The Woodlands North ★★
"The soundproofing is so bad, the people next door have been making a lot of noise and banging on the wall since 2am, and now it's 5am, it's impossible to sleep!"
Home2 Suites by Hilton Shenandoah The Woodlands ★★★
"Including breakfast was very helpful on the business trip. The cleanliness was not the same as I expected with Hilton brand."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston - Woodlands ★★★
"very simple hotel with ＞150 usd day and it absolutely ot worth such money.. and it was dirty.. the shower was dirty.. the rest is ok"
Aloft Shenandoah Woodlands Area ★★★
"The hotel experience was marked by a check-in inconvenience due to a system outage, extending the process beyond the expected time. While I empathize with the staff's frustration, their cold demeanor added to the frustration. Despite this, the stay itself was satisfactory, with clean facilities and good amenities. Unfortunately, the unfriendly demeanor persisted during checkout, diminishing the overall experience."
