GRAND NEW CENTURY HOTEL SHENGZHOU Reviews

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The room was very decent and I was upgraded to a higher grade room. It was very nice. The neighbourhood was also very nice, near the river. Walking at night near the hotel during this time was great.

The front desk staff were very welcoming at check-in and assigned us a room on the 31st floor with a great view. Anything we requested was delivered promptly. The pool and gym were also excellent. The breakfast even included local Shengzhou specialties like tofu and xiaolongbao. The transportation was very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, with an open view facing the lake. There was also a children's playground nearby, and it was convenient to find food and drinks. Breakfast was rich and diverse, offering a taste of all the local specialties of Shengzhou.

A truly beautiful small city, the birthplace of xiaolongbao. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the commercial district. It's very close to Fugao Road, just a short Didi ride (around 8 RMB).

The service was excellent. They contacted us in advance to arrange welcome fruits, and there were even activities during the National Day holiday. The hotel breakfast was very rich, and they provided children's tableware. The heated swimming pool and gym hours were also reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable, with disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; we could hear children making noise outside after 10 PM, which made it hard to sleep!

The hotel is located by the river, surrounded by restaurants and businesses, which is very convenient. It's also not far from the mall. Since my stay was short, I didn't have time to explore other interesting places in the city. Kaiyuan chain hotels are always excellent with room details, offering various reminder signs, a clothes rack in the bathroom, and a small trash can, making for a very convenient and comfortable stay. The room was very clean.

Traveling during the National Day holiday, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, but the front desk staff patiently waited and greeted me warmly. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and convenient transportation nearby. I'm very satisfied and recommend staying here! Five-star rating (՞ਊ՞)👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent; it seems to be the best building in Shengzhou. You can enjoy views of the Three Rivers from the upper floors. It's also the top-ranked hotel in Shengzhou. The only downside is handling group tours.

This is the tallest landmark building in Shengzhou. The river view room offers a spectacular panoramic view from its floor-to-ceiling windows. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. It's very convenient for dining and getting taxis, and not far from the attractions. I highly recommend staying here for both leisure and business trips.

The suite wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were incredibly helpful, giving us a room with a fantastic view. All in all, great value for money.

This hotel is quite good. We were traveling with two kids, and en route, customer service agent Xiao Jin contacted us and upgraded us to a river-view room. The two beds were pushed together, and there was a bed rail. The hotel is very new. We booked the dinner buffet too late and it was full. For lunch, we ate at Fuhao Road; my husband thought it was good, but I found it just okay, like greasy takeout fried noodles and rice cakes. The Haoweiyuan Dumpling King in Sanjiang Town is delicious, especially the dried vegetable steamed dumplings – so good! The hotel's swimming pool is excellent, with depths of 0.4m, 0.9m, and 1.25m. It has circulating water and a decent temperature, open from 7 AM to 11 PM, which is great. The breakfast selection is rich.

The hotel has a kids' play area. The pool water temperature wasn't very warm, but the breakfast had a huge variety and was very rich. The family room was well-equipped and quite spacious, on a high floor with good views.

Had a fantastic stay! The high floor offered expansive city and river views. The front desk was incredibly kind and upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The pool area was spacious and the water was clean. The robot room service was convenient and hassle-free. Overall, the facilities and service were excellent.

Coming back this time, I found that Kaiyuan's service has improved a lot compared to a couple of years ago, and the breakfast is also more delicious.
