酒店乾淨，周邊環境還在建設，前台妹妹服務挺好，早餐也有特色

服務非常差，幾乎沒有。管家提前一天來加微信，加完之後一句話沒有。導航到了酒店大門找不到前台。。打電話找管家告知辦理入住在另一幢樓，不在一起。然後辦完房卡，酒店大門也進不去，又打電話找管家告知開門辦法。
進房以後呢，硬件還行有一説一，浴缸賊大。但是電視打不開，又找管家讓人來開。開完電視呢 發現無法投屏，電視沒有連屋內的Wi-Fi。醉了
沒聽到過這麼差的酒店服務。

温泉村像是還沒有建好，以為安靜的睡眠時有轟隆聲打擾。房間裝修味道嚴重，幾乎無法呼吸，走廊和房間卻窗户緊閉。換了另一棟樓的一間，味道輕一些，但房間太一般了，200元農家樂標準。即使不換，房間也不值880，竹語房，其實室外還比較亂。早餐讓人失望，除了一個粥，都是冷的，品種極少極少，也不新鮮。確實極度令人失望的一家酒店。我是攜程近20年的老用户，字字真實，慎入。前台小妹妹比較有耐心，可以設施和配套不是她的耐心能彌補的。
因為晚上11才到，折騰換房沒睡多久，早餐又差，急忙逃走了，沒拍照。
