酒店沒有前台，要步行幾百米到另外一座樓的前台辦理入住。因為找不到前台，到酒店門口給總枱打電話，接電話的服務員顯得漫不經心和不耐煩，跟我説到某個樓辦入住，因為第一次來不清楚樓座，就多問了幾句，對方就更沒好氣了！服務很差！好不容易找到所説的樓座辦理了入住，再走好遠的路回所訂酒店。
設施方面，沒有抽紙，床一翻身就咯吱咯吱的響，空調開啟和中斷的時候都像是摩託車發車的聲音。開車叢林區進入要開一個半到倆小時才能找到酒店，位於大山深處。

非常滿意的一次入住，酒店處於木魚鎮中心位置，緊挨國道。可能也是當地最好的一家酒店了，還未到店就接到了酒店前台小姐姐的電話，被告知了當天天氣，温差，還詢問了隨行的人員訊息，提醒我們山裡温差大。山區注意行車安全等，雖是一些小細節，對於第一次入住的我們來説感覺很温馨，入住期間感覺也很棒，酒店的環境真好，空氣好好，安靜，讓人心情很放鬆，習慣性早起轉轉拍拍照片，酒店的工作人員很親切，主動問候，面帶笑容，好温馨，我們這次來主要是要去景區，前台的美女小姐姐做了詳細的介紹和旅遊路線，因此整個行程很順利，非常感謝，臨走時前台還贈送了伴手禮，很喜慶的水杯，很有心呢，這次來讓我們體驗到了神農架景色的美和本地地人的熱情好客，完美的一次出行，有機會，一定會帶家人再來一趟神農架，入住祥雲樓森林酒店！

第一次住這個酒店，有免費的停車場，還有充電樁，非常方便。酒店在木魚鎮，地理位置相對高點，可將整個小鎮盡收眼底，相當舒適。酒店整體佈局合理，服務周到，環境衞生可以，安全工作也還是蠻好，車場可以看見保安工作人員在巡查。雖然疫情已經結束所有服務人員都還佩戴口罩，乾淨衞生。房間洗澡水量很大很舒適，值得一提的就是房間有綠茶，聽服務員介紹是本地特產，超讚！

之前看評價，兩極分化嚴重，一直很猶豫，但是考慮到最新的評價和房間的圖片，最終我還是決定入住試試看，沒想到超出預想，全屋木製傢俱很符合森林酒店的名字！
服務：酒店入住辦理是在春暉樓大堂，儘管客人多，但是前台服務也非常好，需要的充電器和指甲剪也都及時送到，包括後來有事諮詢大堂經理，都非常耐心的解答。晚餐吃的時候已經九點多了，廚師都要下班了，還是給我們做了，味道還可以。
設施 衞生：酒店很新，房間內的床品什麼的都很不錯，最關鍵的是房間內很乾凈，邊邊角角也沒有頭髮。
環境：停車場非常大，十分適合自駕出行的人，景色非常美，睡在床上就能看見窗外的美景！

來神農架之前在各大平台上看酒店看的眼花繚亂，最終選擇這酒店，不負眾望，滿足了我的要求。酒店不愧是星級酒店，簡潔大氣，環境衞生更是值得表揚，森林主題步道和房間十分有特色，

酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，還是蠻有格調的。前台的引導服務做的也可以，晚上住宿環境蠻安靜的，最關鍵的有免費的大型停車場，這在神農架這邊住宿可太重要了。

這個酒店是在木魚鎮，木魚鎮酒店特別多容易挑花眼，我們也看了幾家酒店最後就定下來這家，酒店環境好，晚上睡覺安靜，熱水上的快，怕冷的可以開空調房間也準備了雙份被子。
