第一次留差評，這是我住過衞生條件最差的酒店。
枉我花了這麼多錢，就這衞生説實話，200我都感覺不值，到處臟兮兮，連洗髮水沐浴露都不提供，
房間隔音也很差，第一次住到這麼臟的酒店，
馬桶蓋那裡還有毛髮，牆上都是臟兮兮的，沒有人管理嗎？

服務人員態度非常好，很熱心，很有耐心，服務做得很好，見面都會主動問好，比較安全。房間乾淨衞生，舒適，整潔，免費升級了房間，房間很大，環境比較安靜，床也很舒服，設施比較齊全， 很棒的一次入住體驗 下次來神農架避暑還來他們家。

來神農架這個地方，在欣賞美麗的風景過後，找到一個很不錯的酒店，不僅設施齊全，住的舒適，房間寬敞，床又大又軟，有書桌椅子，光線很明亮，衞生乾淨。住這樣的地方，一天的疲憊全都消除了。酒店的服務也很周到，前廳經理熱情周到，總是笑臉相迎，還給我們介紹這邊的旅遊景點，特色小吃，可以算是半個導遊了。這次出行的住宿體驗比以往的都要好，值得推薦

1.衞生狀況不好，特別是衞生間，洗澡間玻璃缺了一塊兒，漏水；馬桶在正中央，水會濺到馬桶，馬桶抽紙又在馬桶正後麪，那都拿不到。2.前台服務員服務太差。是我住過的酒店裡麪最差的了，我們住四樓，提都不提一句幫忙拿行李，後面着急趕高鐵，想讓送一下行路到300米外的地方，也不送，説前台沒人，搞笑的是早上退房的時候，你們前台不是也人影都沒有一個嗎。3.房間門也不能反鎖，如果開紗窗，毫無安全可言。
