JI Hotel (Shenyang Xita)

The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. The room was super clean, and the location was really convenient with a subway station and lots of great food nearby. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was bright and airy, the bathroom was meticulously clean, and the bedding was soft and fluffy – I instantly relaxed the moment I lay down. Super highly recommend!

My stay at Ji Hotel this time exceeded expectations; I was very satisfied in all aspects. The room was generally clean and tidy, with great attention to detail in hygiene, which made me feel very at ease. The environment was quiet and comfortable, with no noise disturbance, ensuring a good night's sleep. In terms of service, the front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Both check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly to any issues, which was very thoughtful. The family room I booked was very practical, with a mobile phone screen mirroring feature, a smart toilet, and a mini-fridge all being big bonuses. The screen mirroring and smart toilet, in particular, were incredibly convenient and significantly enhanced my stay experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers great value for money. Overall, from hygiene and environment to service and facilities, there's nothing to fault. I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Shenyang!

The location is superb. Downstairs, one side is Xita Street, very close to Hanbai Shopping Mall, and the other side is a street selling Korean pickles. My room isn't facing the street, so it's not noisy, and I think the soundproofing is good – I couldn't hear other guests opening their doors. I still like that Whole Season Hotels always provide plenty of complimentary water; the front desk even asked if I wanted to take a bottle when checking out. The service feels very good, at least not stingy. They also have delivery robots, which is pretty standard now. There are some downsides, though, like what you see in picture 3. When I first entered the room, I didn't see that little flyer. It only appeared after I woke up from a nap. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's related to the hotel because you need a key card to access the upper floors. Food deliveries can only go to the front desk level, and you need a card to use the elevator beyond that. Also, are the hallway cameras just for show? If someone is indiscriminately slipping things under doors, wouldn't security see that? After all, it involves squatting down. If these flyers are only placed for guests, then who provided my check-in information? This issue is worth considering.

The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, right below the West Pagoda, making dining very convenient. It's also a short taxi ride to both train stations, and the hotel service is great. The rooms are spotless too.

Among the hotels near Seotap, this one offers excellent value. Its location is conveniently located right in front of Seotap City Center. The breakfast is also decent.

It was my first time to stay at the Ji Hotel. I didn't expect the service to be very good. The bottled water was unlimitedly replenished. It was clean and very close to Xita Street. It was convenient to eat. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it can satisfy your appetite.
