The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even provided a small fruit platter. The robot was very convenient; takeout was delivered directly to the door, so I didn't have to go downstairs to pick it up myself. I had a slight fever, and the front desk even helped me find a thermometer. It's also very close to the North Station, with direct subway access. Highly recommended!

The room was very warm and bright. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby offering good value for money. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and there was even a complimentary breakfast for first-time guests. Most noteworthy was the complimentary late-night porridge service, which reminded me of the free ramen offered late at night at the onsen hotels I stayed at in Japan. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.
