酒店地理位置優越，靠近遼寧中醫和瀋陽小童醫院就診方便，房間內乾淨整潔，早餐也很豐富，服務態度好。酒店大堂的電視裏播放養生保健知識，房間內還擺放着體質測試和養生資料，住宿同時學習到啦。

◆門口就是地鐵，去北站步行5分鐘就到了
◆離景點近，去老北市、中街、瀋陽故宮都老方便了◆位置好找，還提供免費停車場，周圍吃飯的地方有很多房間乾淨整潔
打掃的很乾凈，衞生無死角，
◆空間很大，採光很不錯，有個小吧枱，看到灑滿陽光的街道很温馨
．零壓床墊睡着可舒服了，窗簾很遮光，隔音做的很棒

酒店環境不錯，衞生也挺好。
但是，實際體驗非常不滿意。首先是熱水，洗了大概十分鐘就涼了（不喜歡冷水澡，水温開的稍熱）一身泡沫勉強擦擦，給前台打電話，讓等十分鐘。水仍然沒熱，經理來房間看，先是冒犯詢問洗澡人數，後承認酒店熱水器容量小。再等了近二十分鐘，水稍微熱可以勉強洗澡，沒擦掉的沐浴露都幹在身上了…
不解決問題，就讓一直等着。沒病吧？你們這寫的就是雙人住，幾個人洗關你什麼事？倆人剛洗個頭，塗個浴液，也就相當於正常一個人洗完的時間，水就涼了，呵呵。
空調也很逆天，一個無窗房，密封還特別好，新風系統肯定得好使吧，那風氣弱遊絲，開中風時上面綁的紅繩幾乎不動（有視頻為證），一晚上下來悶得要死。又是那個男經理，明明我問的是壞了、風小几乎沒風，然後你來教我用中央空調？跨年夜不想和人置氣，開涼風勉強能降降温才忍着住下來了。
實際體驗就是非常差，感覺歧視年輕情侶。從酒店前台處夜班那個男經理，問二十多歲的人是否成年？到在房間詢問是否兩人共浴，出言未經思考，冒犯客人就是你們酒店的服務方式？
建議多學習學習同價位酒店，白玉蘭、希岸都是怎麼辦事和服務的，房間有問題，直接平調換房或者讓顧客加錢升房不會？校營酒店就這麼傲慢？你家不行別開，來教育顧客來了？牛b

連住三天，環境，服務，保安都很好，酒店風格很有特色，感覺是以養生為主，很中式，最後一張圖是我打給客服補一瓶水，結果給我送上來四瓶！
