The owner is very nice and welcoming, the room is clean and cozy, and it's right next to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around.

Of all the guesthouses I've stayed in, this owner was the most welcoming and provided incredibly attentive service. Perhaps to accommodate someone like me from the south, he barely used text on WeChat, mostly sending long voice messages for guidance. It was so thoughtful; I even had to listen to his somewhat incomprehensible dialect repeatedly. 🤣🤣 The room was clean and tidy, and there was a subway station right outside, plus some snacks nearby. Owner, it's really hard for me to honestly give you a 5-star review based on your service. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! 😂

住了這麼多民宿，還得是這家，和朋友第二次來了，房間乾淨温馨，老闆服務貼心周到，有問題無論幾點都秒回訊息，像回到家一樣。細節處處見品味，強烈推薦給大家去瀋陽出遊落腳，絕對物超所值🥳🥳🥳

客觀的評價一下 房間很乾凈 洗漱用品吹風機都有 有冰箱很方便 冰箱也挺乾淨沒異味 交通很方便 樓下就是地鐵站 樓下也有超市 東西也很齊全 對面就有吃飯的地方 距離瀋陽故宮 張學良舊居都不遠 距離火車站也很近 很適合一家三四口居住 很安靜

大哥回覆都很及時，很熱心的一個大哥，民宿位置就靠近瀋陽大學，離地鐵站不到兩百米。挺方便的，價格也實惠，挺好的。希望越來越好!

這家民宿真的太可了！位置特別好，離景點超近，旁邊就是瀋陽大學，下樓交通也方便得很，想吃啥點外賣方便。價格也很良心，性價比超高！房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，一點怪味兒都沒有，住着特別舒服。本來還擔心自助式的會不好操作，結果完全是瞎操心，前台也太貼心了，主動打電話過來，還加了微信發入住流程，每一步都講得明明白白，感覺特別周到。總之就是特別好！真心推薦～
