入住之前，前台萍萍主動添加了微信，發了酒店的位置，服務很貼心，我是帶着孩子入住，特意給孩子送了一個小娃娃，孩子很喜歡，為這樣的服務點贊👍 酒店環境好，三樓有健身房，洗衣房，還有多功能會議室。設備齊全，餐廳乾淨整潔，早餐很豐盛，各種炒菜，小鹹菜。蒸點，炸品，還有智能機器人，餐廳陳柏服務周到，幫忙拿切了水果，看見帶着小朋友又給贈送了雞蛋糕

前台萍萍和月月很熱情的接待，天氣冷，到店就送了熱的礦泉水，主動添加了微信，把酒店的設備訊息都發給我，服務很到位，因為有事情，需要晚點退房，還幫忙延時退房到2點，很貼心，以後還會再光臨的！房間乾淨整潔，隔音很好，酒店還有免費的洗衣房和健身房，值得推薦！

前台小雨服務效率高，會提前加微信，把能用到的地方都發給我了。
房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。
房間內採光很好，電視屏幕大清晰度也高。 窗簾是電動的，而且遮光性好！

酒店裝修風格簡潔大氣，非常適合商務出行，房間乾淨，被子和床墊都很舒服，拖鞋也是厚底的，必須贊一個！！！
前台小恩小冰小羽和月月服務很不錯，能非常快速的理解客户訴求並響應[強][強]，溝通非常愉快。而且特別細心，聽我和同事聊天得知我們想準備點東西路上中午吃，她們還很貼心的贈送了2份打包的簡餐，有酸奶鹵蛋和新鮮現做的三明治，能第一時間察覺到顧客需求，這樣的服務必須表揚一下。對於本次入住非常滿意，下次有機會還會選擇豪澤的

酒店交通便利，離火車南站也很近，設備齊全，三樓有健身房和洗衣房。早餐也很豐盛，還有現磨的豆漿，各種炒菜，早餐7點到11點，特別好，餐廳陳柏服務周到，幫忙煮了熱呼呼的餛飩，天氣乾燥，還準了手霜。還有前台三位小美女小恩、萍萍和月月臨走的時候知道我們要去博物館，非常貼心的給我們準備礦泉水和紙巾，非常愉快的一次入住體驗，下次來玩還選擇這裏。
