超時應該有個提示，平白無故退房超時直接扣錢，雖然我確實如此，但這麼做還是顯的不地道。衞生間設施一般，廚房不敢用，就床看起來比較衞生，不過住一晚也就罷了，如果旅遊的話還是不推薦，會影響個人心情

我這個人比較懶，通過去哪網入駐酒店離開之後基本懶得評價。這個芳芳公寓是我認真點評同時給差評是第一家。
我是2021年6月23日入駐的，網上訂的是90多元的大腦大床房，傍晚7點左右來到公寓樓下，通過微信聯繫拿到鑰匙進入房間，可是打開門一剎那雖然房間確實寬敞也乾淨，但掃了一遍電腦呢？通過微信聯繫，房主居然很心安理得的説沒有電腦衹有WIFI，見下圖。您要知道，定您這個公寓，很大噱頭都是奔着您的電腦去了，您很理所應得，特別心安理得的説沒有就沒有了，想必之前這種情況發生N次了，所以絲毫不覺得這種一種沒信譽的表現。
底下您説這個房間跟電腦房價格一樣，您看似覺得合情合理了。但您想沒想過，您出門買水果，想買
個蘋果吃，對面老闆給你個梨，可你就想要蘋果，對面老闆説給你梨因為價格一樣，這行麼？
另外住您這個公寓，半夜2點之後廁所會傳來敲擊的聲音，嚴重影響睡眠，我不知道是就我這個房間有
特殊情況還是咋的，就不展開談了。
説這麼多我就想，假如我是這個公寓老闆，客户既然定了電腦房（更何況還提前一天付了錢）哪怕之後是哪個大領導過來要入駐您這個公寓都應該把那唯一的電腦房讓出來。更何況當我到了公寓樓下跟您聯繫時，您哪怕説一聲“不好意思，電腦房已經滿了，您看能不能入駐那個，價格一樣”我都不至於差評跟你説那麼多。甚至我敢肯定，當您看見您的房源訊息突然出現一個差評，您不會反思的，估計第一時間會尋思哪個**給我整了一個差評。所以從一個側面反應出**經濟衰落是原因的。
