攜程這麼久從來沒給過差評：
先説優點：老闆的服務態度挺好的，地點也還好，就是詳細位置比較難找。
再説缺點：
1:位置比較難找，不夠精準，需要打電話確認。
2來住的注意：附近沒有免費停車位，住店將近300元，停車70多，這樣小400的價格完全可以找到更好的酒店了，老闆告訴了確實有免費位置是離酒店比較遠的建築工地樓下路邊，而且當晚大暴雨停車後跟本步行不了，更何況免費的是根本沒有位置。
3:一進此棟樓就和市場一樣，遍地都是“黃色”小卡片，門上也都是，感覺帶孩子來住這地方簡直是太不衞生了、如果不在乎衞生那也可以選擇。
4:燈10個6個不好使，沙發也是臟臟的，傢俱也臟臟的也都不敢碰，怕碰了在壞，床頭也是壞的，洗手間頭上牆皮也掉，完全不符合小300的價格。
不知道好評是怎麼出來的，還是衹有我住的這房間是這樣，好評如果是刷出來的建議攜程真的要改一下商家這個惡習了，因為瀋陽一直大暴雨而且下單後又不可以退，當天到達已經10點多了也出不去門換不了所以帶着孩子穿衣服靠着對付了一宿，警告大家以後訂房最好定可以退掉的那種，這次完全吃了虧。

環境不錯，靠近地鐵站，住的很舒服，床很軟，熱水隨時都有，靠近瀋陽北站，出行也非常方便，性價比很高，好評！
