For this price, this level of accommodation is quite expected, so you can’t really expect anything too luxurious. It’s good enough for a one- or two-night stay. The downside is that the shower water is not very hot, and the floor is a bit worn out. However, everything else was generally fine

The location of apartment is near Jinrong Zhongxin subway station of metro Line2 ( Financial center ) Moreover , I can walk about 900 meters from ShenyangBei railway station after midnight . If I do not want to walk , I can come here by metro Line 2 . Just one stop from ShenyangBei subway station to Jinrong Zhongxin subway station ( 2 RMB. ) Then exit D , and walk about 100 meters to building C2. You can not go up if you do not contact the owner by WeChat before . This is important thing Before you check in online . There is no reception . So you have to contact the owner first . If you success to check in , you can stay in wide room ( approximately 35 square meters or more ....) Then you will be very lucky to pay affordable price , not expensive room but best location . Comfortable and convenient to travel by subway line because you are in the middle of the city .

On a cold freezing night when my previous apartment cancelled abruptly for some weird reason, I got into this hotel at a last minute decision. The owner herself greeted me. Her English name is Nancy and she's quite friendly and welcoming. On the first impression, the room is basically an apartment and not a typical hotel. For all foreigners, to put it simply, it's like an Airbnb concept. It wasn't clean initially but being the first night, I let it go. The wifi isn't good and the shower was inconsistently changing from hot to Cold by itself. However, next day, thanks to trip.com and the owner, we solved most of the problems. Once again, for foreigners, be prepared to have a bad day with the internet. Use your mobile data instead. The shower was great when fixed. The hotel cleaned up the room. Overall, if it's for a day or two, I recommend this place be it solo or with your partner/travel mate. The location is also convenient and close to Shenyang north station. 😁 I do hope to make a reservation again. The area is very close to the high speed train station in Shenyangbei, but the immediate area is quite dead due to so many empty shops and stores. If you are willing to walk a bit further, you will be able to enjoy the local morning market and restaurants.

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

The room and bedding was perfectly clean, had every top quality amenity we could ever need, was beautifully decorated and felt new. The bathroom and shower were also perfectly arranged. We moved here to be close to Shenyang Bei Shan for an early train. We only wish we could have spent more days here! My kids were so disappointed we couldn't spend more time in this fancy hotel :)
