Shenyang Shangri-La Jen Hotel (Shangmao Restaurant Shenyang Station Taiyuan Street)

Conveniently located near Shenyang Station and Zhongjie, with friendly staff. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Shenyang.

Great hotel location, I stay here often. Jenny at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helpful. Rena assisted me with check-out, Wu Yi made me coffee, and Wang Jia helped with my luggage. My stay was delightful, and Guo Ying, Wang Shihui, Zuo Ning, and Tian Ge provided warm and thoughtful service. I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent service, delicious breakfast, and sparkling clean. They even upgraded my room! The free parking was a huge convenience. Plus, Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street, a supermarket, and a coffee shop are right in the hotel lobby. 😊

The Shangri-La brand guarantees excellence, with beautiful and enthusiastic staff who even brought complimentary fruits and drinks. I booked a 77-square-meter room, which was incredibly spacious – you could play hide-and-seek in it! I found the refrigerator a bit noisy, and as soon as I mentioned it, a staff member arrived immediately to resolve the issue. The hotel is close to Taiyuan Street (just across one road) and Shenyang Station (two long roads away). Facilities: It looks like a five-star hotel. Although the decor is a bit older, it's very well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Despite being close to Taiyuan Street, the double-glazed windows block out all noise. Service: 100 points! I'd definitely stay here again.

Service Manager Wang Jia was incredibly thoughtful and patient, and very kind. Song Liang helped me with my luggage. I was very satisfied with my stay and it's definitely worth visiting again.

Not only is the location excellent, but the views are also incredibly beautiful. It's a highly recommended hotel. The interior decoration, including a bathtub and iron, is fully equipped and very satisfying.

This hotel, part of the Shangri-La group, is conveniently located very close to Shenyang Station and right next to Taiyuan Street, making it easily accessible on foot. The location is quite good. It seems to be an older hotel that was acquired, as the furniture and decor style look about 20 years old and a bit dated. However, it's thankfully quite clean. The quality of the bedding is decent, and the room size is ample, meeting four-star standards. The staff's service quality is excellent, which I believe is thanks to Shangri-La's influence. Considering it's officially rated as a four-star hotel, it offers good value for money.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel, Shenyang with my family. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but it was resolved smoothly. We got upgraded to a park-view room, which offered a great view. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to Taiyuan Street, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even suggested we check out a morning market in Shenyang. Plus, the room was very spacious, measuring 78 square meters.
